Dash to host used baseball equipment drive on Saturday

Equipment will benefit low-income t-ball and baseball leagues in the area

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (July 13, 2018) - In partnership with the Winston-Salem Recreation and Parks Department, the Dash will host a used baseball equipment drive on Saturday, July 14, that will benefit low-income t-ball and baseball leagues in the Winston-Salem area.
Fans are encouraged to bring any used baseballs, gloves, bats, batting gloves, cleats and any other kinds of baseball equipment. Prior to the Dash's game on Saturday against Buies Creek bins will be located outside of the gates from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. that fans can use to place their donations. All brands and sizes are welcomed.

The City of Winston-Salem's Recreation and Parks Department provide activities for people of all ages through recreation centers, parks, greenways, pools, historical sites, golf courses and other facilities.
