Saladino Begins Rehab with Rattlers on Thursday

GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Milwaukee Brewers have announced that shortstop Tyler Saladino will begin a three-day rehabilitation assignment with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers on Thursday, June 28. The Rattlers host the Clinton LumberKings at 7:05pm at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium on Thursday and Friday with Saturday's game set for 6:35pm.

Saladino, who joined the Brewers in a trade with the Chicago White Sox on April 19, was placed on the 10-day disabled list with a sprained left ankle on May 29. He had been hitting .324 with three home runs and eight RBI in 16 games after being called up to Milwaukee from Colorado Springs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Brewers, on May 9.

Saladino will be joined on Friday by Brewers pitcher Zach Davies, who will be making a rehabilitation start for the Rattlers on that night.
