66ers, Nissan of San Bernardino Announce Fireworks Extravaganza

San Bernardino, CA- The Inland Empire 66ers of San Bernardino, in conjunction with community partner Nissan of San Bernardino announced Friday that Independence Day 2017 will again witness The Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza at San Manuel Stadium following the Sixers' game versus the Stockton Ports. This season will mark the third consecutive year that Nissan of San Bernardino has partnered with the 66ers to present what has been referred to as "the best fireworks show in the IE."

"Obviously, we are thrilled to once again sponsor the wonderful Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza with the 66ers," Nissan of San Bernardino General Manager David Reynolds said. "We wish the Sixers all the best in 2017 but we are especially proud to have a role in bringing San Bernardino and the entire region together on a special holiday. We think this is a perfect opportunity to celebrate Nissan of San Bernardino's commitment to our community."

Inland Empire, the Los Angeles Angels affiliate in the Advanced Class-A California League, will host the Ports at 7:05 pm on the Fourth of July with San Manuel Stadium's gates opening at 6:00 pm. The Fireworks Extravaganza presented by Nissan of San Bernardino will begin shortly after the end of the contest.

"The Fourth of July Fireworks show is an event that we look forward to each year at San Manuel Stadium and are always looking to top the year before," 66ers General Manager Joe Hudson said. "This has been an annual promotion with the 66ers but with the help of David Reynolds and Nissan of San Bernardino, we think this will be our best show yet. We are excited to have a partner that cares as much about this event as we do."
