At the annual RubberDucks' Media Day, the team introduced several new items from The Game Grill + Bar's new menu, as well as the newest Extreme Foods Menu item and the new Duck & Donuts concourse concessions cart.
Director of Food and Beverage Brian Manning introduced the exciting new concoctions he and Executive Chef James Phillips developed for Canal Park's patrons. The first mentioned was the 2019 addition to the Extreme Foods Menu, the 97.5 WONE BAVARIAN RHAPSODY. Eric Csuhta, the winner of the WONE contest to name the new item, was on-hand for the introduction.

About 15%-20% of the Game Grill & Bar menu is new and the whole menu is revised every season for a variety of reasons. Most importantly, we like to stay on top food trends and provide our guests with an experience that is topical and relevant in their modern day lives. More than ever, average people are learning about food and nutrition and they want to see us paying attention to those things too. When revising the menu, I am careful to keep crowd favorites around year to year, like the Squealer and the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich.
It's important to keep our guests excited about trying something new every time they come back to the ballpark. The Game Grill & Bar is the perfect place for that, and we hear it directly from them quite often. No matter how many times you visit The Game, there's always something on the menu that you just HAVE to try next time!
