The Albuquerque Isotopes are hosting an in-person Job Fair on Saturday, January 24 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park. The organization, along with stadium concessionaire Oak View Group (OVG) Hospitality, is looking to fill dozens of seasonal part-time positions needed to staff the nearly 100 scheduled events at the facility in 2026.
Attendees should print and fill out an Isotopes application or a concessions application in advance of the Job Fair in order to expedite the process. It is strongly encouraged that applications be filled out in advance and applicants bring a copy of their resume. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Attendees to the Job Fair should access the facility via the glass doors next to the third base entrance on the west side of the ballpark. Free parking is available in Lot C, accessible from University Blvd.
Employees can expect most positions to run from mid-March through mid-October. A complete list of available positions is listed below.

Available Positions
ACCESS CONTROLLER
BAG CHECKER/GATE GREETER
The main responsibility of this position is to search items brought by fans as they enter Isotopes Park to ensure that prohibited items are not being brought into the facility.
BAT PERSON
The main responsibility of this position is to provide baseballs to home plate umpire upon request and retrieve bats after a hitter puts the ball in play.
CLEANERS/PORTER SERVICES
The main responsibility of this position is to clean the stadium seating bowl, Club and Press Levels, concourse, restrooms and other common areas.
CLUBHOUSE ATTENDANT
The main responsibility of this position is to assist the Clubhouse Manager in all clubhouse duties.
FUN ZONE ATTENDANT
The main responsibility of this position is provide safety for participants using the rides and inflatable attractions, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for participants and employees.
GROUNDS CREW
The main responsibility of this position is to help maintain Isotopes Park’s playing surface.
MASCOT PERFORMER
Performing as a mascot at games and community appearances. Assisting as a mascot escort when needed.
METAL DETECTOR/DIVESTOR
The main responsibility of this position is to monitor walk-through metal detectors to help assure that weapons and other prohibited items are not being brought into Isotopes Park and use hand-held Metal Detectors (wands) to scan people as a secondary measure.
MUSIC OPERATOR
The main responsibility of this position is to maintain a constant stream of upbeat, family-friendly music playing throughout Isotopes Park.
PARKING ATTENDANT
The main responsibility of this position is to ensure vehicles have the appropriate permits to park on Isotopes Park property.
PRO SHOP ATTENDANT
The main responsibility of this position is to assist fans with the purchase of merchandise.
PROMO CREW
The main responsibility of this position is to assist with on-field promotions and entertainment during games.
SECURITY
The main responsibility of this position is to patrol Isotopes Park to maintain a safe and secure environment and to ensure that New Mexico alcohol rules as well as the Fans Code of Conduct are being followed.
TICKET SELLER
The main responsibility of this position is to sell tickets to fans at the Isotopes Park Box Office.
TICKET TAKER
The main responsibility of this position is to scan each fan’s ticket as they enter Isotopes Park.
USHER
The main responsibility of this position is to assist fans with locating their proper seating location, being a resource of general information about Isotopes Park, and maintaining a safe atmosphere within the seating area.
VIDEOBOARD OPERATOR
The main responsibility of this position is to ensure that all content displayed on the various videoboards throughout Isotopes Park is current in keeping with the game day script unless otherwise directed to display different content by Isotopes management.
VIDEOGRAPHER/DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR
Capturing and creating engaging video content that highlights the fun, excitement and energy that can only be found in Minor League Baseball. From commercials and highlight reels to game day and social media content - this individual offers creative ideas for diverse and engaging content and the know-how to edit and create for multiple platforms.
