The Will Call window is located at Window 1 at the Isotopes Park Box Office or you may also request Will Call tickets at any open Box Office window. For your protection, Will Call tickets are only released to the individual whose name appears on the order, Ticketmaster account, or Will Call envelope. A valid photo ID, as well as the credit card used to make the purchase, is required to pick up tickets. The Isotopes will allow you to drop off tickets for another individual by providing the full name of the recipient, as well as your name and contact information. The Isotopes are not responsible for any tickets left by anyone outside of the Isotopes organization. Will Call tickets may be picked up any time after the order has been processed. If an official game is not played, that being 4½ innings if home team is leading or 5 innings if game is tied or if visiting team is leading, the ticket may be used as a rain check. In this case, this ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for any future 2024 regular season, non-restricted home game (excludes May 5). Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the Isotopes Park Box Office. Tickets for official games which are suspended after becoming official contests do not qualify as rain checks.

Isotopes tickets are the property of the Albuquerque Isotopes and may not be sold or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. Isotopes management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed.

Children ages 2 and older require a paid ticket for entrance into Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park.

Gates will open one (1) hour prior to the start of the game unless otherwise noted. Please check www.abqisotopes.com or call (505) 924-2255 (BALL) for updated gate times.

To help ensure everyone's safety, Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park has a no re-entry policy. Guests who wish to exit and re-enter the facility for personal emergencies should be directed to the Guest Services Booth. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Albuquerque Isotopes and are strictly limited to emergencies only.
