Banana Ball in North Little Rock

Please be aware that West Broadway Street, extending from Broadway Bridge to Willow Street, will be closed starting at 2:30 PM on Saturday, and 9:00 AM on Sunday.

CHI St. Vincent Field at Dickey-Stephens Park is a cashless facility. All events, including Travelers games, other baseball games and non-baseball events, will now be cashless.

Gift cards will not be available for purchase, and Arkansas Travelers gift cards will not be accepted for Banana Ball. Only cashless transactions will be accepted in the Travelers official parking lot west of the Broadway Bridge.

Ticket Zones & Seating Assignments:

• Closer to the event, ticketholders will receive a specific Section, Row, and Seat. Stay tuned for emails with more information!
• Banana Ball tickets are sold by Ticket Zones. The Ticket Zones below correspond to the ballpark map above.

Pre-Game Day Assistance:

• Closer to the first pitch of the game, your digital tickets will become available for download to your mobile wallet. All tickets will be available digitally, and fans must have a ticket to enter the Pre-Game Party Plaza.

Game Day Assistance:

• If you have any issues with tickets on game day, stop by one of the Banana Ball Ticket Help Tents for assistance. A Ticket Help station is available at each ticket scanning location outside the stadium.

The health and safety of our fans, employees and players is the Arkansas Travelers top priority. The clear bag policy will speed up entry to the ballpark and minimize staff-to-fan cross contamination. The following bags are allowed:

• Clear Bags (Plastic, Vinyl or PVC) that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
• One-gallon plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar)
• A small clutch purse, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, the size of the palm of your hand, with or without a strap or handle

• No outside food and beverage is allowed into CHI St. Vincent Field at Dickey-Stephens Park.
• The only exception is sealed plastic bottles of water (32 ounces or smaller), food for babies, and food for medical conditions.

• Dickey-Stephens Park is a smoke-free facility. This includes vaping, traditional & e-cigarettes.
• Inside the stadium, all forms of smoking will be prohibited. For fans who do wish to smoke, a designated smoking area will be available outside the stadium.

• Tripods, monopods and detachable lenses are not allowed in the park. Guests seen with these items will be asked to return them to their car before they enter the park.
• Taping of any game footage is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles, walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs.

For fans sitting in our General Admission areas, we encourage bringing lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy in our Trex Berm areas. Please note that lawn chairs are not permitted in our Beer Garden area.
