1. Go to www.ticketreturn.com.

2. Enter your username and password in the Customer Login box. Then, click the Customer Login arrow.

3. You will be logged in, to manage tickets that are in your account click Your Tickets.

NOTE: If you forget your username or password, click the Customer Login arrow. The Sign In page appears. Click Help me find my account and then follow the on-screen instructions. If this does not work please call the Travelers Box Office at 501-664-1555

• Check the event(s) for which you want to print tickets and click Next.

• Check the specific ticket(s) that you want to print and click Next.

• The tickets will be downloaded as a PDF (this may take some time depending on how many tickets you are downloading), and you will have the option to open and print your tickets immediately or save them to your computer.

• Sign into your TicketReturn account.

• Click Display Tickets
• Select the event for which you want to view the mobile ticket

• Select the desired seats and click continue
• The mobile ticket(s) will appear
• You can then add to your phone for future use or display the ticket at the gate

• Click the Transfer Tickets button.

• Check the event(s) for which you want to transfer tickets and click Next.

• Check the specific ticket(s) that you want to transfer and click Next.

• The Transfer Tickets page appears. Enter the email address of the person to whom the tickets are being transferred. Or select from a list of recent recipients.
• Confirm the information is correct and click next
• A pop-up will appear requiring you to confirm you wish to transfer the tickets. Click OK.
• Transfer is complete

NOTE: The transferee does not need an existing TicketReturn account. TicketReturn will create one automatically during the transfer process.
