The Binghamton Rumble Ponies join in with Minor League clubs across America to celebrate PLAY BALL Weekend on June 5-7, 2026. Kids ages 8 - 14 of all skill levels (baseball and softball) are welcome to learn from the pros on hitting, pitching, fielding, and everything to take their game to the next level. Space is limited so sign-up EARLY!
Thanks to our friends at Dick's Sporting Goods House of Sport young baseball and softball players of all skill levels will have the opportunity to learn skills on hitting, pitching, fielding, and everything to take their game to the next level.
This year the Rumble Ponies are pleased to announce that the Play Ball Clinic will take place while the Rumble Ponies are in town taking on the Reading Fightin Phils. The 3-hour clinic will take place at Mirabito Stadium and be instructed by members of the Rumble Ponies team and coaching staff.
- Play Ball Weekend is complimentary to all youngsters (baseball and softball players welcome)
- Play Ball Clinic is open to all children ages 8-14 of all skill levels
- Participants should bring a bat, glove, water bottle, and sunscreen. Baseball shoes are optional
- Each participant will partake in group instruction in all phases of the game including pitching, hitting, fielding, stealing, and much more
- At the conclusion of the clinic each participant will receive a complimentary whiffle ball bat and ball set thanks to our friends at Major League Baseball and Play Ball USA
- All campers will receive (4) complimentary tickets to the Rumble Ponies game on Saturday, June 6th and have the ability to partake in a pregame Field of Dreams Ceremony
