Karen "KJ" Sobotka | Vice President
Richard Tylicki | General Manager
Richard Tylicki is the General Manager for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, the New York Mets Double-A Affiliate. Richard became the sixth General Manager in the B-Mets/Rumble Ponies era prior to the 2024 season, after serving with the team as the Director of Stadium Operations since 1994.
In addition to his baseball career, Richard also had an extensive military career serving in the Pennsylvania National Guard for over 25 years including five tours of duties in Kuwait (2018), Kuwait (2013), Egypt (2008), Iraq (2004), Bosnia-Herzegovina (2002).
When Richard is not at the ballpark talking with fans he loves to cheer on his Ohio State Buckeyes. You might see Richard frequenting some of his favorite local restaurants such as Bud's Place, House of Reardons, Old Union Hotel, Little Venice, and so many more!
David "Peterman" Peterson | Assistant General Manager - Sales
David "Peterman" Peterson is the Assistant General Manager - Sales for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, the Double-A Affiliate of the New York Mets. Peterman started in RumbleTown in August of 2025 as the Rumble Ponies were making their run to the Eastern League Championship.
Peterson has previously worked in baseball as the General Manager of the Worcester Bravehearts of the Futures League close to his hometown of Medway, Massachusetts. Prior to getting into the baseball industry, David was a graduate of Syracuse University.

Eddie Saunders, Director of Marketing
Eddie Saunders is the Director of Marketing for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, Proud Double-A Affiliate of the New York Mets. Saunders is a native of the area from Chenango Bridge, NY and proud Red Dragon with a degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York at Cortland. Saunders started with the organization in the ticket office and has previous experience in Sales, Community Relations, and Ticketing.

Ross Schimmenti | Production and Creative Services Manager
Ross Schimmenti is the Production and Creative Services Manager for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Ross started in Binghamton, NY with the Rumble Ponies back in 2023 as a Marketing Assistant with the organization. Ross is originally from Long Island, New York and graduated from the University of Delaware.

Ericka Marano | Promotions and Game Day Experience Manager
Ericka is the Promotions and Game Day Experience Manager for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Ericka is going into her 4th season in 2026 with the Rumble Ponies after starting in 2023 as a Marketing Assistant. Ericka is from Cleveland, Ohio and graduated in 2022 from Muskingum University with a degree in Athletic Communication and Sports Management.

Amy Fancher is the Director of Community Relations for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, Double-A Affiliate of the New York Mets. Amy is going into her 4th season as the Director of Community Relations; however has worked for the Binghamton Mets in Business Operations in the 2000s. Amy is a Binghamton-area native with degrees from Binghamton University and SUNY Cortland.

Jacob Wilkins, Director of Broadcasting & Media Relations
Jacob Wilkins is currently the lead broadcaster for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, the New York Mets Double-A Affiliate. Jacob also is the radio voice for the Binghamton University Women's Basketball team. In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor at the University.
Previously, Jacob anchored reports for WFAN, CBS Sports Radio, and Sirius XM Radio, along with broadcasting games for LIU Brooklyn. At FAN, Jacob has also filled in hosting the Yankees Postgame Show, along with contributing to the station’s Giants, Devils, and Nets coverage. In addition, Jacob has voiced highlights with mlb.com and served as a sports anchor for 1010 WINS in New York City. Jacob began his career broadcasting games with the Hudson Valley Renegades, the Tampa Bay Rays short-season Minor League affiliate.
Jacob has served on the Alumni Society Board for his alma mater, Penn State University's Bellisario College of Communications. In his spare time, he is a car and travel enthusiast. He currently resides in Binghamton, NY.

Christian Reino is heading into his first season as a member of the Double-A Mets Affiliate, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Christian spent the past two seasons (2024 and 2025) working in ticketing as a member of the Scranton Railriders (Triple-A Affiliate of the New York Yankees). A native of Luzerne, Pennsylvania Reino is a proud graduate of Wilkes University.

Molly Hawley, the Box Office Manager is a local product of Binghamton, NY and has been in the Box Office since 2021. Hawley is a graduate of SUNY Broome with a degree in the arts and has the best singing voice out of the office, often called on to perform the National Anthem before a home game.

Andrew is a graduate of Delaware Valley University.

Craig Baker | General Manager of Concessions, Oak View Group
Craig was born in North Carolina and moved to Binghamton when he was only 3 months old. Craig, and his wife of 20 years, Eve, who was his high school sweetheart, have been with the Rumble Ponies for 8 years. He started his career at Mirabito Stadium in Concessions, working in the BBQ Pit. From there, Craig moved into the Assistant Concourse Manager position, and from there quickly became the Stadium Operations Manager. Craig loves to play golf during the summer and travels to different states when he has the time. During the winter, Craig enjoys bowling in a league with friends and family. Craig is no slacker in the alleys, either; he has bowled a remarkable four 300 games!
