Step up to the stove and join the fun of Binghamton's annual cooking competition, Rumble In The Kitchen presented by Performance Food Group on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Local area restaurants will test their skills in a "Chopped" style competition featuring five mystery ingredients along with whatever else they can use from their kitchens. At the end of the night we will see which restaurants' cuisine reigns supreme.
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies still have a few spaces left in this year's Rumble In The Kitchen Cooking Competition.
Each restaurant will spin for one (1) ingredient that must be used in all dishes prepared by all competitors.
In addition to the secret ingredients spun for on the wheel, each restaurant may use whatever other items they wish.
Each restaurant must prepare their food at their business, they will receive one (1) warming pan and limited hot box space to hold food.
Each restaurant must make 105 samples to cover the fan vote and judges vote.
Two winners will be crowned in the 7th inning: Judge Choice and Fan Choice.

Do you want to have a say in which restaurant goes home as the Top Chef of the Rumble In The Kitchen Cooking Competition? The Binghamton Rumble Ponies are pleased to announce that tasting tickets can be purchased for an additional add-on allowing you to vote on who should go home the winner. On the checkout screen for tickets please add-on Rumble In The Kitchen Tasting Tickets for $10.00 per person. Each tasting ticket allows an individual to sample all dishes and cast your ballot for who should go home with the bronze chef trophy.
