Be on the lookout Binghamton, there is a new sheriff in town known as the Southern Tier Scoop Scoundrel. The Southern Tier Scoop Scoundrels have arrived: a brand-new identity born from an unwritten law in which you're not allowed to carry an Ice Cream Cone in your back pocket on a Sunday. This old time blue law prevents anyone from eating a vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream cone from the rear pocket of their pants.
The Scoop Scoundrels pays tribute to this law with a tasty twist! The Scoop Sheriff is a bandit style character who is defying the Blue Laws and breaking out of its pocket and ready to stir up some sweet trouble at Mirabito Stadium.
Don't miss your chance to see the Southern Tier Scoop Scoundrels play at Mirabito Stadium, July 17th through 19th against the Akron RubberDucks (AA-Guardians).
The Scoop Scoundrel has defied the Blue Laws and broken free of the pant pockets ready to cause some trouble. This bandit style character is a chocolate chip ice cream with his bandit hat and eye mask.
A cherry on top makes everything better. The Scoop Scoundrels font features an old time Ice Cream shop font topped with two cherries to bring home the brand-new Ice Cream identity.
Arrive early on Saturday, July 18th as gates open at 12:00 PM (noon) for the Southern Tier Scoop Scoundrels game against the Akron RubberDucks (AA-Guardians). The first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive a one of a kind Scoop Scoundrels bucket hat giveaway.
