BRADENTON, FL - In the final game of a three game weekend series at LECOM Park, the Bradenton Marauders lambasted the Dunedin Blue Jays by a 13-7 score including runs in every inning but three for Bradenton, who was the road team on Sunday.

Every Marauders batter recorded at least one hit with OF Chris Sharpe, OF Daniel Amaral and SS Adrian Valerio leading the way with three hits each. Sharpe drove in five runs, a new Bradenton single game high for the season, and Valerio along with 2B Chase Lambert each registered their first home runs of the season in the win. DH Deon Stafford and 3B Dylan Busby clubbed back to back home runs on back to back pitches to lead off the third inning for half of the club's four home runs in their first and only win of the three game set. 13 runs marked a new high water mark for runs scored and 17 hits also set a new season high with 10 of the knocks going for extra bases.

On the hill, RHP Brad Case made his Marauders debut and used the offensive support to his advantage after allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits over four innings of work with four strikeouts included in a no decision. RHP Gavin Wallace earned his first victory of the season and did most of the heavy lifting on the mound, tossing the next four frames on just 57 pitches and finished by allowing just two hits and four strikeouts and kept Dunedin off the board over his tenure atop the slab. RHP Shea Murray allowed the final three runs on three hits in the ninth, but Bradenton held on to move a single game back of Fort Myers with four games left in the first half.

The Marauders travel to Charlotte Monday to take on the Stone Crabs with RHP Aaron Shortridge tossing the first game of a four game series.
