Food and Film Continues with Ghostbusters on October 10

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Charlotte Knights are rolling out the second installment of this year’s Food and Film at Truist Field. On October 10, Ghostbusters (1984), presented by Dream Finders Homes, will air on the stadium’s iconic videoboard.

Attendees may set up a blanket and chairs in the outfield and enjoy the evening with beautiful views of Uptown Charlotte. Ghostbusters-themed specialty food items will be available for purchase during the event:

- Slimer Dog (Green Queso or Regular, Caramelized Onion, Roasted Jalapeno)

- Ecto Burger (Double Burger w Pepper Jack, Ghost Sauce)

- Zuul's Chicken On a Stick (w/ Ghostly Sauce)

- Stay Puft Smores Waffle (Waffle, Marshmellow Sauce, Chocolate Sauce, Graham Cracker Crumble - & Oreo Crumble)

- Mini Ghost Traps (Cheese Curds)

- Ecto Southwest Egg Rolls

- Ghostly Green Popcorn

- Gozer's Glazed Donut Holes

- Proton Pretzel Bites (Cinnamon Sugar)

Fans attending will have the opportunity to see a fully restored, award-winning replica of the iconic 1984 Ecto-1. This locally owned showpiece has logged over 3,500 hours of restoration and customization, featuring fully functional lights, sirens, and even an operational Ecto containment unit. Guests can explore the vehicle up close and snap photos during the event.

Tickets for Ghostbusters are currently on sale. Small and large pumpkins are also available for purchase in-person only, while supplies last. Individual tickets are $20 plus tax. Children two and under receive free admission. Additional details can be accessed at CharlotteKnights.com.
