MOBILE TICKETS
To reduce contact Truist Field will not be issuing paper tickets this season. When you purchase your tickets online, please follow the directions to load your tickets to your phone or print them at home.
HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
Per Major League Baseball requirements, face masks must be worn at all times by all attendees age two years and older inside Truist Field except when you are eating or drinking at your assigned seat. Please keep at least 6 feet from other people who are not from your household. We have added sanitizing stations through Truist Field. You will find in concussion areas and before you enter the seating bowl. If you feel sick, please stay home.
REDUCED CAPACITY/GUEST SEATING
Due to North Carolina's Executive Order on April 29, Truist Field will have reduced capacity. This order will run through June 1, 2021. Please check back in late May for ticket information for our June games.
PARKING
Due to construction, the MLK Jr. Blvd entrance at the Mint Street Parking Garage will be closed until further notice. Please use the Mint Street or Graham Street entrances.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
All food and beverage staff will complete a COVID 19 health screening and have their temperature checked before entering Truist Field. Masks will be worn at all times and changed out every four hours. Concession lines will have 6 feet of social distancing. Truist Field is a cashless ballpark. Cash will only be accepted in the Knights Team Store to purchase a Knights gift card, which can then be used to purchase concessions and merchandise.
NETTING
The Charlotte Knights have added 550 feet of additional safety netting along the foul lines at Truist Field.
HOMER'S KIDS ZONE/KIDS RUN THE BASES
For the start of the 2021 season, the Homer Kids Zone will be closed. Kids can run the bases after every Sunday home game. Masks are required.
