2021 Group Outings

Place your risk-free deposit to reserve your spot in line for the hospitality area of your choosing for the Charlotte Knights 2021 season. Risk-free means that your deposit is fully refundable. Once our 2021 schedule is released, a Knights representative will reach out to assist you with your date selection in the area you have chosen. At that time, if you do not wish to reserve a date we will refund your deposit back to you.

How does a deposit work?
A hospitality deposit will reserve your spot in line to purchase a hospitality space during the Charlotte Knights 2021 season. The deposit is risk-free; if you decide not to purchase or our capacity is not able to accommodate your request, your payment is fully refundable.

Why place a hospitality space deposit?
Placing a deposit will not guarantee you a date. However, it is the only way to get on our priority list to select your date first.

How much are hospitality deposits?
$100 per date.

How many deposits do I need to place?
You will need to place a deposit for each date that you would like to book an outing. For example, if you would like to book two dates for a dugout suite, you would need to place a deposit of $200 ($100 per date).

How much do hospitality areas cost per game?

  • Dugout Suite - $2,700 (30 seats)
  • 1st Base Suite - $1,600 (20 seats)
  • 3rd Base Suite - $2,400 (40 seats)
  • Party Terrace - $2,300 (45 seats)
  • Circle K Corner Club - $1,800 (40 seats)
  • Piedmont Natural Gas Picnic Area - $38/person (20+ seats)
  • Corona Rooftop Beach - $36/person (20+ seats)

When will I be able to select my date?
Once our 2021 season schedule is released, we will contact each account in the order that deposits were received for you to select your date.

Will the hospitality deposit be credited towards my event cost?
Yes, your deposit will be credited to your account and applied to your 2021 event.

How are deposits prioritized?
All deposits will be prioritized in the order that they are received. The sooner you place a deposit, the higher you will be on our priority list to select your date. Accounts that paid during the 2020 season and elected not to be refunded will be placed at the top of the priority list.

Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. If you elect not to purchase a hospitality area for a game, you can request a full refund for your deposit. Additionally, if we have a limited capacity due to COVID-19 and cannot fulfill your request, we will refund your deposit.

I did not receive my confirmation email from FEVO. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder for the email from FEVO. If you have your confirmation number, you are in our system and your deposit is being held. If you did not receive an e-mail or do not have confirmation number, email us at [email protected] or call 704-274-8300.
