Durham Bulls Social Media Sweepstakes Rules & Regulations 2019

HOW TO ENTER & WIN: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local regulations apply. To be eligible you must be: (a) a legal U.S. resident, and (b) be at least 19 years of age (or legal age of majority in your state) to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entries that the Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company believe, in their sole discretion, to have been generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and ineligible and will not be accepted or if accepted will be disqualified. The entry period begins at 12.01am (ET) on April 10, 2019 and ends at 11:59pm (ET) on September 2, 2019.

Twitter: To enter any Sweepstakes via Twitter, you must have a valid, public (i.e. not "protected") Twitter account and follow the Official Twitter Account. If you do not have a Twitter account, visit www.twitter.com and register in accordance with the enrolment instructions for a free Twitter account. To enter any Sweepstakes via Twitter, follow the instructions provided by the Official Twitter Account in the manner and time period set forth by the Official Twitter Account (the "Entry Period") to receive one (1) entry in the applicable Sweepstakes. All information submitted via Twitter must be submitted pursuant to and is subject to the (a) Content Restrictions (as set forth in the Content Restrictions section below), and (b) Twitter.com's Terms of Service accessible at: https://twitter.com/tos and Privacy Policy accessible at: https://twitter.com/privacy. Further, all information submitted via Twitter and shared with, or otherwise made available to, Sponsor per your Twitter account settings will be subject to, and treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Failure to follow any instructions provided by the Official Twitter Account or to submit your entry within the applicable Entry Period or in compliance with the Content Restrictions or otherwise with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The time of receipt of any valid Twitter entry shall be the time such valid entry becomes available to Sponsor on Twitter.com. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of each Sweepstakes.

PRIZE & VALUE & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) verified prize winner will be offered premium club tickets, consisting of (4) tickets, which includes food and beverage in the PNC Triangle Club to watch a Durham Bulls baseball game. Total ARV: $200. Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the use of any prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith. Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. There will be no ties in this game.

PRIZE REDEMPTION/CLAIM/RELEASES: The winner will be notified via direct message. Prizes must be claimed via email as instructed in direct message and an alternate winner will not be selected. Only actual verified prize winner will be permitted to claim prizes. Winner may be required to present photo identification and to complete a signed affidavit of eligibility, prize acknowledgement and liability/publicity release in order to claim prize. Winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. Prizes may be considered income and payment of taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Compliance with all regulations is the responsibility of the winner. Winner and winner's guests agree to release Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., its sponsors, advertisers and promotion agencies from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any sweepstakes-related or prize-related activity. Except where prohibited, by playing the sweepstakes, or by winning, participants have granted Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. the right to publicize their name, photograph or likeness, voice and biographical details and have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.

By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the MLB Entities, Twitter, Inc. ("Twitter"), Facebook, Instagram and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the applicable Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the applicable Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize (or any portion thereof).

Each Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to win, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal, permanent resident of the U.S. and North Carolina. Members of the same family or household of winners who have won a prize valued over $100 in any Durham Bulls sponsored sweepstakes in the last 12 months are ineligible to win this sweepstakes. Employees of Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., their agencies, subsidiaries, representatives, sponsors, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertisers, promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if the sweepstakes rules are not followed. No substitution of prizes or transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted by winner. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this sweepstakes, or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to its members.

LIABILITY: Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., are not responsible for problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, or other Internet interruptions or malfunctions or for any technical or other difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of television or radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Sweepstakes or which may interfere with a participant's ability to login or register or submit an entry online, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God that are beyond the control of Durham Bulls/Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate and fair operation of the sweepstakes will disqualify the contestant responsible and is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the full extent permitted by law.
