Major League Baseball's postseason begins on Tuesday, with as many as 39 former Durham Bulls players set to participate, in addition to nine former Bulls that are part of their respective teams' coaching staffs. The Bulls' Major League affiliate, the Tampa Bay Rays, boasts 18 of those players, 13 of whom have worn a Bulls jerseys this season.

The Sunshine State's other MLB squad, the Miami Marlins, features the second-most players who have played with the Bulls at five, while the Arizona Diamondbacks (three), Minnesota Twins (two), Texas Rangers (two), Philadelphia Phillies (two) and Milwaukee Brewers (two) also have multiple players with Durham ties. Nine of this year's ten postseason-worthy teams have at least one former Bull, with the exception being the Baltimore Orioles.

Nine members of those teams' coaching staffs have also worn a Bulls uniform, including three managers in the Tampa Bay Rays' Kevin Cash (2005-06), Minnesota Twins' Rocco Baldelli (2002, 06-07, 10) and Atlanta Braves' Brian Snitker (1980). Snitker also managed Durham for three seasons, while 2019-22 Bulls skipper Brady Williams is now the Third Base Coach with Tampa Bay.

See below for the full list of former Bulls looking to earn a World Series title this October. Note the Braves, Dodgers, Astros and Orioles do not need to announce a postseason roster until this weekend since they won their division and are not participating in the Wild Card Round.
