Selsky Slams Pawtucket Past Durham, 7-1

Pawtucket, RI --- Steve Selsky homered twice, including a first inning grand slam, to lead Pawtucket by Durham 7-1 on Sunday afternoon at McCoy Stadium.
Selsky, who drilled a three-run homer Satruday night, launched a grand slam against Bulls starter Brent Honeywell Jr. (L, 3-5), then took out Honeywell to right-center in the third inning. Selsky has driven in eight runs in the past two games on three swings against Bulls pitching.
Honeywell surrendered a leadoff homer to Rusney Castillo in the second as the PawSox built a 6-1 lead. The three home runs were a career-high for Honeywell over his 62 starts.
Durham (29-18) took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first against Henry Owens (W, 4-3) on an RBI-single by Mike McKenry.
Honeywell was pulled after just three innings, his shortest Triple-A start.
Austin Pruitt worked three perfect innings with three strikeouts, with Adam Kolarek and Jeff Ames combining for two scoreless frames to close out the defeat.
The Bulls' lead was trimmed to 3 1/2 by Gwinnett, which beat Syracuse for the third straight game.
Durham concludes its road trip on Monday afternoon at 1:35 PM ET with José De León (0-1, 9.00) making the start against Pawtucket (20-24).
