In honor of one of sport's cinema's most iconic scenes, the Durham Bulls will rebrand for one night only as the Durham Lollygaggers. On June 14th, 31 years after the release of 'Bull Durham,' the team will take the field in specially-designed jerseys and hats to commemorate a scene still mentioned across pop culture today. The Lollygaggers will take on the New York Yankees' Triple-A affiliate Scranton/WB RailRiders that evening in a 7:05 p.m. contest presented by EmergeOrtho, and following the game will be a Friday Night Fireworks show presented by bioMerieux.

Jersey Auction
Game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off, with proceeds benefiting the Autism Society of North Carolina. All jerseys will be signed by the players who wore them.

Fans can bid on jerseys from anywhere in the world from their computer or mobile device, and can see a list of all available uniforms here. The auction will remain open until 9 p.m. on Friday, June 14. All winners who attend the game should report to Lowes Foods Guest Services on the main concourse at the conclusion of the game to receive their autographed, game-worn jersey, and all fans who are not in attendance can receive their jersey in the mail in the coming week. Fans not in attendance can pay for shipping via the auction site, or can contact Nico Tennant at [email protected] with any questions. Fans who would like to donate but are not interested in owning a game-worn jersey can make a donation via the auction site as well.

NOTE: Jersey numbers and players are subject to change based on roster moves.
