A pair of Harrisburg Senators home runs sent the SeaWolves to their second straight loss as they dropped Thursday’s game at FNB Field 5-2.

Harrisburg jumped ahead in the first against Erie starter Reese Olson. Wilson Garcia walked with two outs and Andrew Young homered to right for a 2-0 lead.

Erie cut into the lead in the fourth against Harrisburg reliever Carson Teel when Dane Myers lined a solo home run to left. Myers has homered in consecutive games and has 21 long balls on the season.

The SeaWolves tied the game in the top of the sixth. Dillon Dingler walked with two outs and was tripled home by Gage Workman. Workman now has a team-leading seven triples.

Harrisburg quickly regained the lead in the last of the sixth. Rudy Martin and Robert Hassell started the frame with back-to-back singles. Wilson then homered to right on the first pitch of the at-bat for a 5-2 Senators advantage. Wilson has homered in back-to-back games.

Senators reliever Gerardo Carrillo (1-0) earned the win allowing a run on one hit with a walk and two strikeouts in 0.2 innings.

Olson (6-6) took the loss allowing five runs on five hits with two walks and six strikeouts in six innings. It was the third straight six-inning outing for Olson.

Zach Brzycky earned his eighth save of the season hurling 1.2 scoreless innings in relief. He walked one and struck out one.
