I would like to start off by thanking Fernando Aguirre. Thank you for your guidance, your friendship and for always providing us with the resources to win. You have created a place where the game of baseball can be enjoyed just as it was intended.
To Greg Coleman, your daily leadership, work ethic and communication are unparalleled. Thank you for your professionalism no matter the circumstance we were faced with.
To Greg Gania, you are the best in the business. We all know you will be calling many more major league games in the future. I am honored to call you a close friend and I will miss our daily talks.
To Mark, Sam, Jourdan, Laina, Jason, Sean, Brandon and so many more of you in the SeaWolves Family. Thank you for the incredible work that you do – day in and day out. You were all a huge part of our success.
To the coaches, staff and players the last three years, you all have sacrificed so much for our success, and I truly appreciate it. I have enjoyed sharing the field with you and I am a better coach because of the energy and commitment that you brought each day.
Finally, a huge thank you to the great people of Erie. You welcomed me with open arms from day one and I am grateful to be a part of your community. You were the driving force behind these three amazing seasons that we have had together. Your constant and unwavering support was felt by every player and coach, and it inspired us to be great. I leave Erie with great memories, lifelong friendships and gratitude for the opportunity to lead the SeaWolves.
