Bring Your Appetite to the Pfitz on Wednesdays
The third installment of the Uncle Slam Economic Stimulus Package declares that every Wednesday home game at Pfitzner Stadium will hereby be known as "Belly Buster Night." For only $12, fans will receive a grandstand ticket and all-you-can-eat hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and popcorn for that night's game. Imagine seeing the defending Carolina League champions in action along with an all-you-can-eat buffet for around the same price as an evening movie ticket that doesn't include any food.
And if that's not enough to sway you into coming out to the ballpark on "hump day," the P-Nats are also introducing Wendy's Wednesdays down at "The Pfitz." All fans need to do is bring in a receipt for one of Wendy's Old Fashioned Combo meals and they will be rewarded with a buy-one-get-one-free ticket coupon to that night's game.
"This is another way to reach out to our fans in a very affordable way," said Andrew Stinson, Group Sales Account Executive for the P-Nats. "On top of our all-you-can-eat buffet, bringing in Wendy's to do a free ticket promotion simply adds to our fans' experience when they come out to the ballpark. We hope to see a packed house for every one of these Wednesday night games."
The first Belly Buster Night/Wendy's Wednesday will take place on April 22 as the Potomac Nationals take on the Winston-Salem Dash with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
