Greenville, SC - The Lexington Legends used a pair of big innings to defeat the Greenville Drive 10-3 in Tuesday afternoon's series finale at Fluor Field.
The Drive (15-11, 40-55) offense struck first in the bottom of the first inning as Pedro Castellanos walloped a two-run double off the wall in center, but the Legends (11-14, 48-45) countered with four runs in the top of the second and never looked back.
The first four hitters of the inning for Lexington reached against Hildemaro Requena (3-2), and all of them came in to score. Marten Gasparini hit an RBI double in the frame, which also featured RBI singles by Cal Jones and Brewer Hicklen as well as a run-scoring groundout by Matt Morales.

Castellanos doubled again in the bottom of the third for Greenville, and he came home on a Lexington error.
The score remained 4-3 in favor of Lexington until the eighth, when the Legends scored six times over the final two frames. Manny Olloque drove in three of those runs with an eighth-inning sacrifice fly and a ninth-inning two-run double.
Garrett Davila (4-4) allowed just one unearned run over four relief innings to get the win for Lexington.
Castellanos paced the Drive offense with two hits and two RBI.
After Wednesday's off day, the Drive will begin a four-game series in Asheville against the Asheville Tourists, an affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. First pitch for Thursday's opener is at 7:05 PM. The pitching matchup will see Drive left-hander Enmanuel De Jesus (3-2, 3.84) take the mound against Tourists left-hander Nick Kennedy (2-9, 6.70).
