Exchange Policy

*TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY APPLIES TO SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ONLY*

Ticket Replay Program

If you are unable to attend a game, you have three options to get the best value out of your season tickets.

  • Exchange: You can return your tickets to us in person by noon on the day of the game and we can exchange your tickets for a future Drive game. You must preselect the game(s) for which you would like to exchange your ticket(s).
  • E-Mail: Log in to your online ticket account. CLICK HERE to log in.
  • $3 Credit: Return tickets to us, either in person or online, by noon on the day of the scheduled game, and you can receive a $3 credit per seat returned toward your season ticket renewal.

Past Game Unused Tickets

We know that there may be times where you don't use or take advantage of our Ticket Replay Program in advance. These tickets are not wasted. Simply turn in any unused tickets for Lawn & Deck tickets for any other game, or tell us you'd like to donate them to a Greenville Drive charity and we'll be glad to do that.
