After another exciting season at Fluor Field, the time has come for Drive fans to cast their vote for the Hale's Jewelers Player of the Year! Cast your vote today and you could win a $500 savings certificate from Hale's Jewelers. The lucky fan that is selected will be recognized on-field with the Player of the Year on Saturday, August 24th at Fluor Field.

The nominees for the 2019 Hale's Jewelers Player of the Year are below. (Stats updated through 8/14)
Logan Browning, LHP: Browning was named to the South Atlantic League All-Star Game and went on to lead the team in saves (9) before earning a promotion to Salem. The lefty compiled a 2.04 ERA in 57.1 innings pitched across 33 appearances with 75 strikeouts against 11 walks, while holding opposing hitters to a .193 average against him.
Triston Casas, IF: A South Atlantic League midseason All-Star, Casas is batting .245 with a team-high 17 home runs and 72 RBI, both good for top five in the South Atlantic League this season. The top prospect has also amassed 21 doubles and five triples to contribute to a team-high .464 slugging percentage.
Alex Demchak: LHP: Demchak has excelled out of the Drive bullpen this season, recording a 1.93 ERA in 32.2 innings pitched over 19 appearances. The lefty has totaled 43 strikeouts against 11 walks and has held opposing hitters to a .169 average against him this season.
Tyler Esplin, OF: Esplin has quietly put together a strong season in Greenville, batting .250 with a team-high 26 doubles, good for 10th in the South Atlantic League, to go with three triples, four home runs, 48 runs and 37 RBI thus far. 
Devlin Granberg, 1B: Granberg also earned a selection to the South Atlantic League All-Star game, while leading the team in average for the better part of the season before a call-up to Salem. In 99 games for the Drive, Granberg batted a team-best .286 with 19 doubles, five triples, eight home runs, 57 runs and 45 RBI, helping him to a team-high .820 OPS.
Chase Shugart, RHP: Shugart established himself as one of the Drive's top pitchers since joining the team in late May, putting together a 6-3 record with a 2.40 ERA in 78.2 innings pitched across 14 starts to date. The righty has struck out 64 batters against 19 walks and held opposing hitters to a .243 average.
Thad Ward, RHP: Another South Atlantic League midseason All-Star, Ward was one of the top pitchers in the South Atlantic League before his June promotion to Salem. The right-hander went 5-2 with a 1.99 ERA in 72.1 innings pitched across 13 starts for Greenville. Ward, who was named South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Week on May 27, allowed just two earned runs over his final six starts and struck out 86 batters with opponents hitting just .194 against him.
Grant Williams, SS: Williams was also quietly having a strong season for the Drive, batting .265 with 16 doubles, six triples and 42 RBI before his promotion to Salem. The shortstop drew 31 walks and struck out just 43 times (in 347 at-bats), fewest among eligble Drive players this season.
