INDIANAPOLIS - The Indianapolis Indians hit their season-high mark of 14 games over .500 (65-51) following a 3-1 win against Lehigh Valley on Aug. 9 at Victory Field. Mitch Keller earned his first Triple-A win with 6.0 innings of one-run ball, capping a three-game sweep of the IronPigs.

Keller started his outing with a backwards 'K' against leadoff man Jesmuel Valentín. He later ended the first by inducing a 4-6-3 double play off the bat of former Tribe outfielder Danny Ortiz.

The visiting IronPigs tallied their lone run in the second inning, but Keller limited the damage when he caught Trevor Plouffe looking at strike three with a nasty curveball.

Keller worked around a walk and hit batter in the third and struck out slugger Dylan Cozens during a scoreless fourth. Following a 1-2-3 fifth, Keller stranded a leadoff double in the sixth with consecutive strikeouts - both looking - against eventual International League MVP Joey Meneses and Cozens.

Keller's final line: 6.0 IP, 4 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, 88 pitches/64 strikes, Game Score 69
