MLB Legends Highlight Promo Schedule

Signature Saturdays Return to Victory Field for 2014 Season

The Indianapolis Indians have announced an exciting slate of promotions for the 2014 season. Along with the return of yearly staples Monday Dollar Menu, Two-for-One Tuesdays, Wednesday Business Day Games, Thursday Value Nights, Friday Fireworks and Kids Eat Free Sundays, the Tribe will also host one-of-a-kind entertainment acts and special autograph sessions with former Major League Baseball stars throughout the season on Signature Saturdays. 

Monday Dollar Menu - Bring your appetite to the ballpark each Monday for the return of the popular Dollar Menu. This season's menu options will again feature hot dogs, peanuts, Cracker Jack, popcorn and potato chips each available for just $1 during Monday home contests. Presented by Cape Cod Potato Chips, Kaplan University and WHHH. (Not offered on May 12)

Two-for-One Tuesdays - Beginning in mid-March, fans can receive two tickets for the price of one to any Tuesday home game by picking up a voucher at any Central Indiana McAlister's Deli location. Presented by McAlister's Deli and WZPL.

Wednesday Business Day Games - Come out to the ballpark for an extended lunch break as the Indians continue a baseball tradition of the businesspersons' afternoon game. The Tribe will host six of its eight Wednesday home contests as matinee specials this season, with first pitch for each Business Day Game set for 1:35 p.m. (Not offered on June 11 and Aug. 27)

Thursday Value Nights - Enjoy the full ballpark experience in a $20 package that includes a Reserved Seat ticket, T-shirt, hot dog and unlimited soda. Fans can also upgrade the package with a Box Seat ticket for just $4 more. Presented by Pepsi, Fox 59 and HANK FM. (Not offered on May 15)

Friday Fireworks - Get your weekend started with a bang as the Indians host postgame fireworks shows after each Friday home contest, beginning May 9. Fans can also enjoy bonus postgame fireworks shows on Opening Night (April 10), Memorial Day (May 26), Independence Day Weekend (July 4, 5 & 6) and the Tribe's regular-season home finale (Aug. 30). (All fireworks shows are weather permitting)

Signature Saturdays - Fans will be treated to special entertainment acts, including The Famous Chicken on Aug. 2, a series of autograph sessions with several of Major League Baseball's all-time greats, and three team autograph sessions with the 2014 Indians squad during this season's Signature Saturdays series. All Signature Saturdays are presented by B105.7, while autograph sessions with the following MLB legends are also presented by AT&T:

Eric Davis (April 26):
World Series champion (1990), 2x All-Star, 3x Gold Glove Award, 2x Silver Slugger Award

Al Kaline (May 31):
Hall-Of-Fame (1980), World Series champion (1968), 18x All-Star, AL Batting Title (1955)

Bruce Sutter (June 14):
Hall-Of-Fame (2006), World Series champion (1982), NL Cy Young Award (1979), 6x All-Star, 4x NL Rolaids Relief Man of the Year

Bill Buckner (July 12):
1x All-Star, NL Batting Title (1980), One of only 27 Major Leaguers to play in four different decades

Fergie Jenkins (Aug. 9):
Hall-Of-Fame (1991), NL Cy Young Award (1971), 3x All-Star, 5x league strikeout leader, 4x league wins leader

Note: Gates open early at 5:00 p.m. for all five MLB autograph sessions. Limit of one autograph per person. The first 500 fans in attendance are each guaranteed to receive one (1) autograph. 

Kids Eat Free Sundays - Bring your kids to Victory Field on Sunday afternoons as children ages 14 and under receive a voucher for one hot dog, a bottle of water and one bag of chips with the price of admission. Presented by Meijer and RTV6.

In addition to each of these exciting promotions, the Indians will also be giving away several great souvenir items throughout the season, including a schedule magnet (April 10-13), team photo (May 10), team card set (July 5), an Indians hat (July 13), a Tribe backpack (Aug. 3) and a jersey T-shirt of both Jameson Taillon (April 27) and the team's award-winning mascot Rowdie (Aug. 10).

Tickets may also be purchased in-person at the Victory Field Box Office beginning March 24, and fans may take advantage of a $2 advance-purchase discount on all Box, Reserved and Lawn Seat tickets when purchased by 11:59 p.m. the day before any regularly-scheduled home game (excluding July 4th).
