It's time to go bananas! Banana Ball is coming to Principal Park June 25-26, 2027! The hottest team, the Firefighters, will face off against the nuttiest team, the Loco Beach Coconuts, in two thrilling games!

Fans can join the Ticket Lottery at BananaBall.com for a chance to purchase tickets. The Lottery is open now through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

Banana Ball is a fast-paced, fans-first version of baseball which includes on-field antics like choreographed dances, crazy rules (if a fan catches a foul ball, it counts as an out), trick plays, fun props and constant crowd interaction to keep fans engaged. Its baseball reimagined, and once you watch it, you can’t go back!

How can I get tickets?  

Join the Ticket Lottery List before it closes on October 31st, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.  Joining the list doesn’t guarantee the opportunity to buy tickets.  A random drawing executed by the Bananas Team will take place before the event for the chance to purchase available tickets. If you’re drawn, you’ll be communicated with directly as to your next steps.

How much are tickets?

Standard tickets start at $35 with Meet and Greet tickets starting at $125. No hidden fees, no tax, all bananas. Tickets will be sold through the Banana Ball official lottery on BananaBall.com. Any tickets for sale outside of this platform are likely fraudulent.   

I thought tickets were $35. Why am I finding some online for way more than that?

Tickets start at $35 when you purchase them from the Banana Ball site. If you find some that are WAY MORE than $35, those tickets may have been bought from the Bananas and are now being sold on a third-party platform that we cannot control or are completely fake listings. These third-parties include StubHub, VividSeats Ticketmaster, etc. Please treat all tickets outside of Fans First Tickets with caution.
  Warning: Tickets purchased through third-party sites are often fraudulent and will not be accepted. An overwhelming majority of people selling tickets on social media platforms are fraudulent. Please use extreme caution if you choose to go this route. Please know Banana Ball staff, cast, players, and coaches would never sell tickets through social media. We recommend reporting fake accounts impersonating others trying to do so.   

Does when I join the Lottery List affect my chances at getting tickets?

The Lottery List is completely random so when you join the list will not affect your chance at getting tickets.

Clear Bag Policy

The only bags allowed inside Principal Park are CLEAR BAGS smaller than 12"x12"x6". Small clutches no larger than 6"×8" will also be permitted. Exceptions ONLY allowed for medical equipment bags and diaper bags for families accompanied by small children. All bags are subject to search by Iowa Cubs staff or security personnel. No outside food or drink is allowed to be brought into Principal Park.

Limit 1 bag per person

Cashless Ballpark

We are a cashless facility. Cash will NOT be accepted. We will accept debit or credit payments only. Two reverse ATM machines are available inside Principal Park near the JP Party Rentals Fan Services Center behind home plate.

Cubbie Dollars will also be accepted inside Principal Park.

Event Information

Schedule of Events

Because the primary part of the Cosmic experience depends on darkness, and considering sunset times during the event days, we must adjust the game start from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

This decision is driven by a desire to ensure that the fan experience is optimized. Although you may be at the ballpark a little later than normal, we wanted to ensure that the duration of the event is still reasonable for families, groups, and individuals.

This time change will impact additional parts of the event, see below for adjusted times:

VIP Party: Check in at 4:15 PM
Block Party: 5:00 PM
Gates Open: 6:30 PM
Player Introductions: Approx. 6:30 PM
First Pitch: Approx. 8:00 PM
Post-Game Block Party:

Parking

Parking lots will open at 1:00 PM each day.

Parking at Principal Park is limited due to the park's location. All spaces are first come, first serve. $15 per spot.

Street parking is available in the surrounding areas of the ballpark.

Individual Tickets

Individual tickets are on sale now for just $35! To secure tickets in the main seating bowl at Principal Park, fans must enter a lottery. All of the tickets in these sections are sold by Cosmic Baseball.

Bud Club

The Bud Club is the ultimate ballpark hangout spot, designed for groups who want to enjoy the game in comfort and style. Each table includes four tickets, comfortable seats, and unlimited food and drinks, all wrapped into one price. The Bud Club brings the energy of the ballgame with the perks of an all-inclusive experience. All you can eat includes hot dogs, brats, chicken fingers, nachos, peanuts, cookies, water, canned soda, domestic can beer and hard seltzer.
