Saturday, October 3 will feature a “Farm-to-Table” themed Dinner at the Diamond. Gates will open at 3 p.m. Dinner will take place from approximately 4-6 p.m. The IronPigs are taking reservations at $65 per person. Children two and under are free. Price includes tax and gratuity in addition to the menu below. Tables will be set based on the number of tickets purchased. Centerpieces will be provided courtesy of Rich Mar Florist. Tickets are available for purchase here.

Farm-to-table at its core means that the locally sourced food came directly from a specific regional farm, not through a store, market, or distributor. The menu will be as follows:

• Pear and Arugula Salad -- A bed of arugula, topped with a delicate roasted pear, crumbled blue cheese, craisins and finished with a bittersweet lemon vinaigrette.

• Herb Roasted Chicken -- Locally raised chicken lathered in a herb butter and roasted to perfection, accompanied by roasted fall vegetables, savory whipped sweet potatoes and finished with a chicken jus.

• Baked Apples -- Hearty Scholls Orchard apples stuffed with a nutty oat filling, baked to a golden brown and topped with a caramel drizzle.

• Sparkling Cider will be included with the meal

• Cash Bar will be available

The food items to make the “Farm-To-Table” themed dinner were purchased from local food farms throughout the area:

• Wholesome Food Farms located in Alburtis, Pennsylvania
• Scholls Orchard located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
• Phillips Farm located in Milford, New Jersey
• Bethlehem Granola Factor in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
• Klein Farms in Easton, Pennsylvania.

There will be live entertainment courtesy Steven Wales, who will be performing throughout the evening.

Saturday, October 10 will feature a “Fall Harvest” themed Dinner at the Diamond presented by GOLD Credit Union. Gates will open at 3 p.m. Dinner will take place from approximately 4-6 p.m. The IronPigs are taking reservations at $50 per person. Children two and under are free. Price includes tax and gratuity in addition to the menu below. Tables will be set based on the number of tickets purchased. Centerpieces will be provided courtesy of Rich Mar Florist. Tickets are available for purchase here.

The menu will be as follows:

• Stuffed Pork Loin -- Butternut squash, cornbread and craisins all rolled into a juicy pork loin roasted with a garlic and herb butter.

• Cider Braised Chicken -- Chicken breast slow braised in apple cider and finished with roasted apples and onions.

• Creamy Pumpkin Spaghetti -- A crazy combination that works! Spaghetti tossed in a pumpkin and tomato puree that is whisked together with heavy cream to make a creamy pumpkin sauce. It will be served with honey sage roasted beets and cauliflower au gratin.

• Apple and Pear Cobbler -- A little sweet and a little tart married together in this rich cobbler, topped with a crispy brown butter and oat topping.

• Sparkling Cider will be included in the meal

• Cash Bar will be available

There will be live entertainment courtesy of Claudia and Liliana, who will be performing throughout the evening.

Both dinners will be prepared by Heather Williams, Executive Chef for the IronPigs. Heather is from Easton, Pennsylvania and graduated from Easton Area High School before earning her Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. She appeared on Seasons 16 and 18 of Hell’s Kitchen with renowned chef, Gordon Ramsay.

All events will be facilitated using all up-to-date guidance from the State of PA and the Allentown Health Bureau. Players will be instructed to adhere to proper social distancing policies. Masks are required of patrons as they enter and exit Coca-Cola Park, as they order or pick-up food and as they utilize restrooms.
