Pelicans and Dash postponed on Friday night

The two will meet in a doubleheader on Saturday with game one at 4 p.m.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (June 7, 2019) - Friday's game between the Myrtle Beach Pelicans and the Winston-Salem Dash has been postponed due to wet grounds. The two will play a doubleheader on Saturday, June 8, with game one beginning at 4 p.m.

Luis Lugo (1-3, 3.25) has been named the probable starter for the Pelicans in game one of the double header, while Paul Richan (6-2, 4.13) is scheduled to take the hill in game two. The Dash are scheduled to send Jorgan Cavanerio (1-0, 3.74) to the bump in game one and Jake Elliott (3-1, 3.72) will go in game two.

Coverage will begin at 3:45 p.m. on the Pelicans Baseball Network which is available on the TuneIn App, and MiLB First Pitch app.
