Media Policies

Credential Requests:

Sources requesting daily media credentials are to contact Steve Goldberg at (603) 606-4130 or [email protected].

Media sources are recommended to contact Steve at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled game time to ensure that your request will be processed on time for that day’s game.

Under no circumstances shall the Fisher Cats discriminate, in any fashion, against any accredited member of the media based on race, color, creed, or national origin. If a member of the media violates team policies, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats reserve the right to revoke the media credential.

Media Parking:

Due to limited availability of parking resources, members of the media are instructed to notify Steve Goldberg of their need for parking no later than 4 hours before the start of that day’s game.

If a member of the media arrives at the game unexpectedly, the Fisher Cats can not assure a parking space.

Members of the media with advanced parking authorization will park in the suite/media lot at the back end of the stadium.

**Television Crew Parking: **

Television crews are instructed to follow the same instructions as outlined in the MEDIA PARKING provisions.

Entering Delta Dental Stadium:

All members of the media are to enter the ballpark at the rear gate next to the Suite Holder Parking/Entrance. If you experience any difficulties, or have any questions, please notify the parking lot attendant.

Press Releases:

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are in the practice of emailing all press releases to all media sources. If you would like to be added to the mailing list for press releases, please contact Steve Goldberg at (603) 606-4130 or at [email protected].

Press Box:

The Delta Dental Stadium Press Box is located behind home plate on the suite level (top level) of the Stadium. The elevator to the Press Box is located in the entry corridor at the bottom of the stairwell near the Suite Holder Parking/Entrance.

Press Box Work Area:

The working media have a room reserved for their use. This room is located all the way to the left of the back of the Press Box. If you would like to make other seating arrangements, please communicate this request to Steve Goldberg at (603) 606-4130 or [email protected].

Press Box Technology:

The Press Box is equipped with DSL, a wireless router and digital phone locations.

Photographer/Camera Work Locations:

Media sources that require the use of still photography and video imagery are allowed to work in Delta Dental Stadium. The Fisher Cats ask that you respect the fans by making sure that your work area is chosen with fan sightlines in mind. The intimacy of the stadium makes it difficult to shoot without blocking a fan’s sightline, so please be aware of this guideline.

Camera Crews are allowed to work in the following locations:

*In the Press Box.

*Anywhere in the publicly accessible areas of the stadium (as long as you do not affect the sightline of any fans).

Camera Crews are NOT allowed to work in the following locations:

*The roof of the stadium

*In the camera bay in each dugout.

*In areas blocking a fan’s sightline

*On the playing surface during the game

*Restrooms

*Concession Stands

*Front Office

*Restricted Locations

Player Interviews/Accessibility:

All interview requests are to be submitted to Steve Goldberg at (603) 606-4310 or [email protected].

The Fisher Cats will make every effort to make players and coaches available to the media, but cooperation is the player’s/coach's responsibility.

Player Roster Moves:

Steve Goldberg will notify the media of all roster moves. This will be done via email. Roster moves are decided and approved by the Toronto Blue Jays, not the New Hampshire Fisher Cats. All roster moves follow the procedure of notifying Major League Baseball.

Player Status Health/Injury:

All members of the media are required to direct all questions pertaining to the status of a player to the New Hampshire Fisher Cats Field Manager. No other member of the organization is authorized to comment on these issues.

Autographs:

Any media requests for autographs are to be cleared and approved by the Fisher Cats President Mike Ramshaw. Requests will handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the team president.

Not Allowed:

Under Eastern League rules, no Food or Drink is allowed to be brought into Delta Dental Stadium.

Large Tripods that might be considered trip hazards for fans.

Alcohol Consumption by working media.
