Northeast Delta Dental and the Fisher Cats want your children to have healthy teeth and gums. We encourage them to brush twice and floss once daily during a one-week period to earn two tickets, courtesy of Northeast Delta Dental, for a home game at Delta Dental Stadium. We hope they continue to brush and floss daily, because this will help them to be healthy!

Guidelines:

1. Children must be 12 years of age or younger to participate. 2. Brush twice and floss once daily for seven consecutive days. 3. Check off the days that you brushed and flossed on the Downloadable Form. 4. After completing the challenge, fill out the remainder of the form* and send it to Oral Health Challenge, NH Fisher Cats, One Line Drive, Manchester, NH 03101. 5. You will receive two tickets to one of the three Oral Health Challenge Nights at Delta Dental Stadium.
