Manchester, N.H. - Three of the most decorated players in New Hampshire Fisher Cats history will be immortalized in bobblehead form, with a collectible set of giveaways coming to Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
During the 2019 season, the Fisher Cats (Blue Jays Double-A affiliate) will give away 1,000 bobbleheads each of Cavan Biggio (June 5), Bo Bichette (June 23), and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (July 24).
For fans who collect all three, the bobbleheads will connect at the base in the form of home plate.
"With three Eastern League Championships and over 110 former players in the major leagues, we've seen so much talent come through New Hampshire in our 15 seasons," said Fisher Cats President Mike Ramshaw. "But no three players have captured the imagination of our fanbase like Bo, Cavan and Vlad. We'll be talking about the 2018 team for years to come, and these bobbleheads are the perfect way to commemorate these three future MLB stars."
As the sons of three former major league standouts, Biggio, Bichette and Guerrero lived up to considerable expectations and led the Fisher Cats to an Eastern League title this past season.
Eastern League MVP and Rookie of the Year Cavan Biggio enjoyed a breakout campaign in 2018, leading the league with 26 home runs, 99 walks, and a .887 OPS (on-base plus slugging percentage).
Bo Bichette set a franchise record and led all of minor league baseball with 43 doubles last season, and enters 2019 as the No. 11 prospect in all of baseball according to MLB.com.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is the consensus top prospect in the game, and hit .402 with 14 home runs and 60 RBIs in 61 games with the Fisher Cats last year. Even before playing a single MLB game, he is already ranked No. 100 on Sports Illustrated's list of top players in baseball.
