The name not only refers to one of the most delicious meals in Manchester, but the Manchester Chicken Tenders are also an homage to the 1974 invention of the chicken tender at Manchester’s Puritan Backroom Restaurant.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats will take the field as the Manchester Chicken Tenders every Tuesday at Delta Dental Stadium in 2026.

Prior to the 2024 season, the Fisher Cats turned up the heat with the addition of the Buffalo Tenders! Catch the Buffalo Tenders in action on Sunday, July 12 and Thursday, September 10.
