Below are some frequently asked questions regarding the 2020 season & ticket purchases. Q: I purchased a season ticket package for the 2020 season, what does this mean for me?

A: Fans who have purchased a season ticket package for the 2020 season will receive a full credit for the value of your 2020 season ticket plan automatically renewing your tickets for the 2021 season. Plus, you will receive an additional 20% Bonus Credit for the 2021 season that can be used for stadium concessions (excluding alcohol) or towards team merchandise from the Bats Team Store. Please note, no action is required by you at this time as all accounts will be credited at a later date.

Q: I have Flex ticket vouchers for the 2020 season, what do I do with these?

A: Hold on to your vouchers. Your 2020 ticket vouchers will be valid for any 2021 Bats home game (excluding the Thunder at Slugger game).

Q: I purchased individual tickets to a game scheduled in 2020 that has been cancelled, what does this mean for me?

A: All fans who purchased individual tickets for the 2020 season will receive a full credit for their purchase applied to their account. This credit can be used towards the purchase of a ticket for any 2021 home game. A: Fans who purchased tickets to the Thunder at Slugger game will receive a full credit for their purchase applied to their account. This credit can be used towards tickets for the 2021 Thunder at Slugger event or any other 2021 home game. Plus, you will receive an additional 20% Bonus Credit for the 2021 season that can be used for stadium concessions (excluding alcohol) or towards team merchandise from the Bats Team Store. Please note, no action is required by you at this time as all accounts will be credited at a later date.

Q: I had booked a Group Outing for a 2020 Bats home game that was cancelled, what happens to my deposit?

A: Your deposit for your 2020 Group Outing will be credited to your account and it can used for a Louisville Bats home game that you choose in the 2021 season. Plus, you will receive an additional 20% bonus credit that may be used for concessions or team store merchandise (in-person purchases only) during the 2021 season.

Q: When will the Ticket Office re-open?

A: Currently the staff of the Louisville Bats is working remotely. It’s best to reach us by either email at [email protected] or leave us a voicemail by calling our front office number at (502) 212-2287. We will be sure to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I still visit the Team Store?

A: In the interest of the health and safety of our staff, we have closed Louisville Slugger Field to all visitors and non-essential employees for the time being. We encourage fans to shop online or give our front office a call during normal business hours, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions. The front office can be reached at (502) 212-2287.
