2019 Promotional Schedule Announced

The Norfolk Tides today announced the 2019 promotional schedule. Individual tickets will go on sale Monday, March 4 at 10 am, with fans able to purchase tickets in person at Harbor Park, online at NorfolkTides.com or by calling TicketMaster at 1-800-745-3000.

The 2019 promotional schedule features 12 postgame fireworks shows and eight 12:05 Business Special matinees. Traditional favorites include Bark in the Park (April 14 & July 21), Turn-Back-The-Clock Night (June 24 & August 19), Star Wars Night (August 3), Armed Forces Night (May 11), Marine Corps Night (June 15), Coast Guard Night (August 2) and Navy Night (August 10). Also returning to the promotional schedule are ODU Night (April 20), Wands & Wizards Night (June 29), Princess Day (June 30), Margaritaville Night (August 31) and Fan Appreciation Night (September 1), which will feature an appearance by the Oriole Bird. 
New to the promotional schedule this season are five Copa de la Diversión nights (May 4, May 31, June 28, August 4 & September 1), Pride Night (June 11), an appearance by Seinfeld actor John O' Hurley (July 21) and a limited-edition Black Panther bobblehead giveaway as part of Marvel Super Hero Night on August 2. Fans can take home giveaways like a baseball cap (May 10), visor (May 12), youth jersey (May 31), cooler bag (June 16), a Copa de la Diversión bobblehead (June 28), snow globe (July 19) and three sets of baseball cards (June 14, August 6 & August 20). 
Also returning to the promotional schedule in 2019 are Military Mondays, Happy Hour Twosdays, Wind Down Wednesdays and Sunday Fundays. Kids can also run the bases at Harbor Park after every game, weather permitting. Additional promotions will be added to the schedule throughout the season.
Single game tickets start at $12 for Reserved Seats, with Box Seats available for $13. The Tides also offer special discounts to students through high school, active military with ID and senior citizens (60 & over). These special discounts are available in the Lower and Upper Reserved sections and can be purchased for $10. Children under two years old are admitted free of charge. 
Norfolk opens the 2019 regular season on Thursday, April 4 with a 7:05 game at Gwinnett before opening the home portion of its schedule on Thursday, April 11 with a 6:35 contest vs. the Toledo Mud Hens. For pricing and additional information, visit the Harbor Park offices or call (757) 622-2222.
