1. When do the gates open prior to the game?
Gates open 60 minutes prior to all Monday-Thursday home games. Gates open 90 minutes prior to all Friday-Sunday home games.
2. What do I do when a game rains out?
Listen to our flagship station 920 WHJJ, follow us Facebook & Twitter or check our website for an update on the status of all games. If an official game is not played (at least 4 ½ innings), your game ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any remaining regular season 2020 home game (subject to availability). Early redemption is highly recommended! You can make the exchange in person at the PawSox Ticket Office whether in advance or on the day of the game of your choice.
3. When is the PawSox Team Store open?
The PawSox Baseball Store is open year round. Call 401-724-7300 for hours.
4. When is the Ticket Office open?
The PawSox Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 9am-4pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm (during the season). On game days the ticket office is open from 9am until end of the game. Call 401-724-7300 to verify hours.
5. Can I tryout for the PawSox?
All Pawtucket Red Sox tryouts are handled through the Boston Red Sox.

6. What employment opportunities are available?

9. How can I sing the National Anthem before a game?
To be considered for the anthem before a game, you must send an audition tape of yourself singing the anthem to:

10. Can I have a message put on the scoreboard?
If you would like to have a message put on the scoreboard (ex: birthday or welcome message), please visit our PawSox Foundation Scoreboard Message page: https://www.milb.com/pawtucket/community/messages-announcements.
We also take requests in person! Stop by the Vertikal6 Fan Center located on the Main Concourse behind home plate when you arrive at the ballpark. Scoreboard message requests are accepted until the 3rd inning of the game.
All scoreboard messages are a $25 donation to our PawSox Charitable Foundation.
11. Can I bring food or beverages into the ballpark?
No outside food and beverage may be brought into McCoy Stadium. One (1) plastic and sealed water bottle per person is allowed. Cans, glass and coolers are prohibited.
For allergy and health concerns, please call 401-724-7300 to submit a food allowance request with our PawSox Security staff.
12. How do I get to McCoy Stadium?
- From North
I-95 South to Exit 2A in Massachusetts (Newport Avenue/Pawtucket). Follow Newport Avenue for 2 miles and take a right onto Columbus Avenue. Follow Columbus Avenue for ½ mile. Turn right after traffic light onto George Bennett Highway. Follow George Bennett Highway for 3/10 of a mile. At traffic light, turn left onto Division Street and follow signs for Game Parking.
- From South
I-95 North to Exit 27, 28 or 29 and follow directional signs to McCoy Stadium. All exits lead to available Game Day Parking Lots.
- From West (Worcester, MA)
Route 146 South to Route 295 North to I-95 South - then follow Directions from the North.
- From East (Fall River, MA)
Route 195 West to I-95 North - then follow directions from the South.
The PawSox are pleased to offer our fans free parking at McCoy Stadium on a first come, first serve basis. Fans may also park for free along either side of Division Street, Ashton Street or Delta Drive. In addition, the PawSox are pleased to offer free parking at Jenks Junior High School located on the corner of Division Street & Ashton Street.
Once the free parking has been filled, the PawSox are pleased to offer a $2.00 parking lot at Quebecor World located on Delta Drive.
To access regular game day parking, use the directions above from all points and be sure to follow the McCoy Stadium Signs.
14. Where is the Will-Call Window?
Will-Call is located at the PawSox Ticket Office far left windows, marked Window #1 and Window #2 at McCoy Stadium. The window opens two hours prior to the start of the game and a picture ID is required to pick up all tickets.
15. Do you have a Lost and Found?
The PawSox Lost and Found is located at the Ticket Office. During game days, you can also visit the Vertikal6 Fan Center located on the Main Concourse behind home plate.
16. Can I smoke inside the ballpark?
McCoy Stadium is a NON-SMOKING public facility. However, designated smoking areas are located outside the ballpark.
17. Do you have an ATM machine located in the ballpark?
Yes! The PawSox have an ATM located next to the Vertikal6 Fan Center on the Main Concourse behind home plate.
18. Are there refunds or exchanges on my tickets?
There are no refunds or exchanged on tickets once they have been purchased, unless a game becomes postponed. Please see our Rain Out policy (Question #2) for more details.
19. How can I get my favorite PawSox player autographs?
Prior to game time, fans have the opportunity to get player autographs by the dugout areas. Fans will be asked to return to their seats 30 minutes prior to the start of the game for the enjoyment of fans located in seats nearby.
