PENSACOLA, Fla. -- Pensacola Blue Wahoos broadcaster Erik Bremer will broadcast three Spring Training games on the Miami Marlins Radio Network this week as the Blue Wahoos and Marlins prepare for the 2023 season.

Bremer, 27, will join Marlins radio play-by-play voice Kyle Sielaff for the following games on marlins.com, mlb.com and the MLB app:

Tuesday, March 21 at Houston Astros (12:05 CDT)

Wednesday, March 22 vs. St. Louis Cardinals (12:10 CDT)

Friday, March 24 vs. Houston Astros (5:40 CDT)

Prior to Friday's game at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, the Marlins will honor Pensacola's 2022 Southern League championship team with a pregame ring ceremony. The Blue Wahoos became Miami's first Minor League affiliate to win a league title since 2014 when they defeated the Tennessee Smokies in last year's Southern League Championship Series.

In addition to their on-field success, the Blue Wahoos saw a team-record 18 alumni reach Major League Baseball in 2022. 11 former Blue Wahoos players, including reigning American League batting champion Luis Arraez, are currently on Miami's 40-man roster.

The 2023 season will mark Bremer's second in Pensacola, and sixth in Minor League Baseball after previous stops with the Fredericksburg Nationals, Potomac Nationals, Colorado Springs Sky Sox and Biloxi Shuckers. In addition to his year-round communications and community relations duties with the Blue Wahoos, Bremer spent this past winter serving as the television voice of the Pensacola Ice Flyers hockey team. A graduate of Northwestern University, Bremer has also broadcast games in the Cape Cod Baseball League and Australian Baseball League.

The Pensacola Blue Wahoos begin their title defense 2023 season on Friday, April 7 as they welcome the Montgomery Biscuits to Blue Wahoos Stadium. Single-game tickets are available now at bluewahoos.com, and fans can tune in to Bremer's broadcasts all season long on the Blue Wahoos Baseball Network through MiLB.tv or the MiLB app.
