Aira Visual Interpreter services are now available at Hadlock Field for all home games, enhancing the experience for all blind and low-vision fans (BLV). To access the services and connect with a visual interpreter, fans can now download the Aira Explorer app on a smartphone, free of charge.
The Sea Dogs provide sensory kits for fans attending a game with sensory sensitivities. The kits include noise-reducing headphones to help block out crowd noise, anti-glare sunglasses to help with lighting, a communication card, and fidgets to help focus on the game and less on the crowd around. Kits can be picked up at the Guest Services Desk in the concourse.
The Sea Dogs have a private space available for nursing mothers/caregivers. If you require access to this space, please visit Guest Services for assistance.
Fans are strongly encouraged to leave bags at home to expedite security screening upon entry.
The Sea Dogs will permit medical bags, manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children, and 4.5" x 6.5" clutch purses for personal items. We ask that guests only bring necessary items and keep track of their personal belongings at all times.
All bags entering the ballpark are subject to inspection.
Hadlock Field is a smoke free facility so no smoking or vaping while on the premises per the City of Portland's ordinance:
"City ordinance prohibits smoking at designated City parks, trails and open spaces, and at or within 20 feet of the City of Portland-owned or maintained public playgrounds, beaches, and athletic facilities."

Hadlock Field is a family friendly ballpark. We offer changing tables in all men's and women's restrooms in the concourse as well as a designated Family Restroom located near the First Aid Room.
Additionally, we offer a designated space for nursing and pumping caregivers courtesy of Tuff Shed. To access the Nursing Nook, please visit Guest Services.
