Come meet Maine native, Caleb Manuel, one of the top young prospects in golf, at Hadlock Field on Saturday, July 2nd when the Sea Dogs host the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at 6:00 PM.
Caleb Manuel, age 20, recently completed his sophomore season at the University of Connecticut where he had a team-leading per round average of 70.94, with eight Top 10 finishes. Manuel's two-year career average of 71.58 per round is the best in UConn golf's modern history. Prior to playing at UConn, he won back-to-back state championships with Mt. Ararat High School in Topsham.
Manuel recently qualified and competed in the U.S. Open in Brookline, Massachusetts. He also played in the Live + Work in Maine Korn Ferry Tour event in Falmouth, Maine. He has set his goal to play professional golf on the PGA Tour.
