Head to Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium next week! The P-Nats will be home for a six-game homestand. They welcome the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (Chicago Cubs) to the stadium for the first time in the 2018 season for a four-games-in-three-days series, followed by a day off, and then play

Head to Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium next week! The P-Nats will be home for a six-game homestand. They welcome the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (Chicago Cubs) to the stadium for the first time in the 2018 season for a four-games-in-three-days series, followed by a day off, and then play a three-game series against the Frederick Keys (Baltimore Orioles). The homestand will be highlighted by The Sandlot 25th Anniversary Night, which includes a bobblehead, celebrity appearance and jersey auction, a Juan Soto Commemorative Card giveaway, the induction of Coco Crisp into the Potomac Baseball Hall of Fame, a Coco Crisp cereal bowl giveaway, and much more!

Friday, August 3rd
First pitch: 7:05pm                  Gates open: 6pm

  • -Juan Soto Commemorative Card Giveaway, (First 1,000): this collectable card celebrates Juan Soto's meteoric rise to the majors
  • -Coneheads 25th Anniversary Night: the night will be dedicated to celebrating the movie, with clips, promotions and more!
  • -George Mason Pride Night: any fan who wears George Mason gear can purchase a discounted grandstand ticket for $5
  • -4x4 Friday Family Ticket Package: for just $44, this ticket package includes four reserved section tickets for the night's game, four regular hot dogs, four 22 oz. sodas and four adjustable Potomac Nationals hats. This package is valued at $112, a 60% savings from the regular price.
  • -Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill

Saturday, August 4th (Doubleheader)
First pitch of Game 1: 5:30pm             Gates open: 5pm
  • -Chauncey Leopardi Bobblehead Giveaway presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union (first 1,250 fans): part of The Sandlot 25th Anniversary Night, plus Chauncey himself will be at the ballpark signing autographs.
  • -Chauncey Leopardi Appearance, part of the Legends Autograph Series presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union: Chauncey Leopardi, who played Michael "Squints" Palledorous in The Sandlot, will be at the stadium meeting and greeting with fans! The signing is free, on a first-come, first-served basis, with the line beginning when gates open.
  • -The Sandlot 25th Anniversary Night: the classic baseball movie will be honored at the ballpark! Fans who come dressed as a lifeguard or who can prove they are a lifeguard will be able to purchase a discounted grandstand ticket for $5, while if fans show up as a group of nine, they will receive a food voucher for a free hot dog. Additionally, the first fan who shows up to the ballpark wearing glasses will be able to sit in the first row of the reserved section in the designated "Squint's Seats." For Saturday night only, mastiffs will be welcome into the ballpark! They can participate in the Beast in Show competition. Also, if a homerun is hit during the game, a lucky fan will be selected to head into Beast's Backyard behind the outfield wall to search for the homerun ball. Fans can also bring a homemade contraption to try to retrieve a baseball in a specified area in the stadium. If their creation works, they can win a team signed bat. Other in-game events will include a smores eating contest, Big League Chew being thrown into the stands, and a search for the best Squints look-a-like. Fans can also stop by the Babe Ruth forgery station and try their hand at their best forgery. The winning ball will be announced during the game. A Babe Ruth forged baseball will also be hidden in the stadium. Find it to win a P-Nats team signed ball. There will additionally be an oil and lotion giveaway, giveaways of DVDs of the movie and a free-to-enter Chauncey Leopardi raffle. Plus, don't forget to stop by the kissing booth!
  • -The Sandlot 25th Anniversary Night Jersey Auction, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union benefitting Boys & Girls Clubs of America: the P-Nats players and coaches will be wearing Sandlot themed jerseys during the second game, which will be auctioned off via a silent auction during the game, with proceeds benefitting Boys & Girls Clubs of America. The auction begins once gates open and will run through the last out of the fourth inning. Winners will be able to take a photo post-game with the player or coach who wore and autographed the jersey.
  • -Scout Night: area scouts are able to head to the ballpark to take in a baseball game, and then campout in the outfield after the game! They also can watch The Sandlot post-game, receive a commemorative scout patch and take part in a pre-game on-field parade.
  • -Post-game Fireworks, presented by WTOP
  • -Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill
  • -Pre-game Band in the Café Area: The Walkaways will be performing for fans

Sunday, August 5th
First pitch: 1:05pm                  Gates open: Noon
  • -Potomac Baseball Hall of Fame Induction: the next member of the Potomac Baseball Hall of Fame will be inducted-Coco Crisp! Crisp won a World Series Championship with the Boston Red Sox in 2007 and an American League Championship with the Cleveland Indians in 2016. He played in the Big Leagues for 15 years and with the Potomac Cannons in 2001. The ceremony will take place pre-game.
  • -Coco Crisp Appearance, part of the Legends Autograph Series presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union: after being inducted into the Potomac Baseball Hall of Fame, Crisp will hold a meet-and-greet autograph session. The signing is free to fans on a first-come, first-served basis, with the line beginning as soon as gates open. There will be Potomac Cannons mini helmets on sale.
  • -Coco Crisp Cereal Bowl Giveaway presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union (First 1,000): part of the Potomac Baseball Hall of Fame Induction, there will be a cereal bowl giveaway that features Coco Crisp back when he played for the Cannons.
  • -Coco Crisp Potomac Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Celebration: any fan who wears a Coco Crisp jersey or a Potomac Cannons era hat can purchase a discounted grandstand ticket for $5, while anyone who is named Coco will get into the game for free. There will be a Cocoa Krispies eating contest during the game, while Cocoa Krispies and milk will be sold at the Snack Shack. Fans can also stop by the Fan Assistance Booth to guess how many Cocoa Krispies kernels are in a jar for a chance to win a prize. Additionally, there will be a Coco Crisp Potomac Cannons autographed mini helmet raffled off. During the game, there will be a look back a Coco Crisp's 2001 season with the Cannons and trivia. Finally, if fans bring a box of Cocoa Krispies, it will be donated to a local food pantry.
  • -Kids Day Sunday:
    • -Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill
    • -Kids Exclusive Post-Game Player Autograph Signing: Kids 12 & under can receive autographs from two P-Nats players in the café area after the game
    • -Kids Eat Free: the first 250 kids 12 & under will receive a free hot dog
    • -Face Painting: kids can have their face painted by Facing Angels in the concourse (charge applies)
    • -Caricature Artist: fans can stop by the concourse, where an artist from Manis Creative will be setup (charge applies)
  • -Military Appreciation Jerseys, presented by Reality Realty: the P-Nats will wear these on select games throughout the season to recognize local military members and to thank them for all that they do for our country. The jerseys will be auctioned off on the final Sunday home game of the season (August 26th).
  • -Virginia529 Super Saver Sunday: show your Virginia529 Smart Savers Club Card at the ticket office to receive two free grandstand tickets to the game

Tuesday, August 7th
First pitch: 7:05pm                  Gates open: 6pm
  • -Deuces Wild Tuesday: $2 grandstand tickets, $2 player-performance based concessions specials and $2 Wild Card concessions specials, all while supplies last
    Note: $2 grandstand tickets can only be purchased on the day of the game
  • -Taco Tuesday: $2 tacos will be on sale at Café Cantina in the Extreme Custom Collision Café Area
  • -Peanut Free Night, presented by AUVI-Q: Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium will be free of any peanut products

Wednesday, August 8th
First pitch: 7:05pm                  Gates open: 6pm
  • -Winning Wednesday: Nine Innings of Winning: one lucky fan will win a prize each inning; if the P-Nats win, fans can redeem their ticket for one of equal value to the next Wednesday home game (8/15)
  • -Cash Dogs: a select number of hot dogs will be wrapped with cash; purchase one (or several) for an opportunity to win
  • -Baseball Bingo: fans can pick up a card at Fan Assistance on their way in for a chance to get a bingo and win a prize

Thursday, August 9th
First pitch: 12:05pm                Gates open: Noon
  • -Summer Camp/Day Care Day: the ballpark will welcome local camps, daycares and summer programs for an afternoon of baseball and fun!
  • -Splash Day: water balloon and squirt guns will be used throughout the stands
  • -Lunch Break with the P-Nats Ticket Package: a reserved ticket for the game as well as a lunch voucher for a hot dog or hamburger, chips and a 22 oz. soda. Purchase here.
