Aftershock loves visiting all of his friends! Just complete the online appearance request form below, and a representative from the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes will contact you to discuss guidelines, further details, and availability.

All requests for appearances must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Completion of the form is a request only and does not guarantee an appearance.

The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes are honored to serve such a supportive community through baseball and creating lifelong memories at the ballpark. We aim to return the support to our team by taking all donation and special requests into consideration. The Quakes work very hard to support all community initiatives, programs, and special events.

The Quakes receive a large quantity of donation requests per season. As we try to accommodate and fulfill all requests, please keep the following requirements in mind.

• Please submit all donation requests four (4) weeks prior to your event date. If you need the donation sooner, please submit request four weeks prior to that date.

• In order to serve as many organizations and initiatives as possible, the Quakes can only donate one basket/ticket set to each organization per calendar year.

• The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes cannot provide monetary donations at this time.

• Donation requests made only on the phone will not be accepted. Please fill out the form completely and email Lilyen McCarthy ([email protected]) with any questions.

• The Quakes give priority to organizations serving the local community. Those within a 20 mile radius of Morongo Field will be given priority.

• Donation inventory changes regularly. Specific inventory requests may not be fulfilled and are not recommended.

• Quakes donations are available via pickup from the Administrative Office only.
