Meet Bret "Hitman" Hart June 8
WWE Hall of Famer Bret "Hitman" Hart will appear at Frontier Field on Monday, June 8 when the Red Wings host the Indianapolis Indians (Pirates) at 7:05 p.m.. His appearance in Rochester is made possible by Penfield Sport & Fitness and DonJoy.
Bret Hart, part of the famous Hart family from Calgary, is considered to be the most accomplished technical pro wrestler of this generation. His controversial match against Shawn Michaels at the November 1997 Survivor Series in Montreal is the most famous match in modern wrestling history, and was part of a key transition in the WWE/WCW "Monday Night Wars."
In addition to being one of the most decorated champions in the sport, Hart became a New York Times best-selling author, after the publication of his autobiography "Hitman." In 1998, Hart was featured in the award-winning documentary "Wrestling with Shadows." Hart has made a courageous comeback after a career-ending concussion, followed by a stroke. He is currently signed to a Legends contract with WWE.
Hart was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2006, and the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2008. His official website is BretHart.com.
The gates will open early on June 8 at 5:30 p.m. Bret Hart will sign autographs for fans in the concourse near the Red Wings Hall of Fame from 6 pm until 6:45 pm. He will be featured in the "Red Wings Pre-Game Live" on-field interview segment, throw out the first pitch, then sign for fans again from 7:05 until 8 pm.

- the autograph session will take place regardless of the weather, and regardless of whether the game is delayed or played. The gates will open at the scheduled time regardless of the weather conditions.
Fans had the chance to win early admission to the ballpark on June 8 for a VIP meet and greet with Bret Hart which includes game tickets, a group photo with Bret, and front of the line access for the autograph session.
