In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Somerset Patriots and Major League Baseball have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct.

For the safety of our staff and your children—and to ensure an enjoyable experience for all fans—we kindly ask that parents, coaches, and group chaperones supervise the children in their group at all times.

Children must be accompanied by an adult when moving around the ballpark. Any unaccompanied children will be escorted back to their seats by staff members.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us share this message with your group, and for helping us create a safe and fun environment for everyone!

Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:

• Trespassing on the playing field at any time

• Interfering with baseballs that are in play

• Throwing or tossing objects

• Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures

• Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption

• Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive

• Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential

• Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way

• Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark (see list of prohibited items below)

Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark and subject to a ban from future games.

Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.

Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at our Customer Service Desk or directly with the nearest Event Staff Team Member, Front Office Member, or Police Officer.

Rain Out Policy

We make every effort to play games, however, if a game is officially rained out / postponed prior to it being an official game (5 complete innings) then all tickets for the rained out / postponed game may be exchanged at the TD Bank Ballpark Ticket Office for complimentary tickets to any remaining home game of the current season, subject to availability. Exchanges must be done in person at the box office on any date during posted box office hours.

Note: If a game is rescheduled as part of a double header, you must still exchange your tickets for a future game, your tickets DO NOT automatically become good for the rescheduled game. You may choose to select the reschedule date, but you must still exchange your tickets for the rescheduled game at the ticket office.

If you already have tickets to a game and it becomes a single admission double header, your tickets are good for both games of a single admission doubleheader and you are welcome to come as soon as gates open for game one. If you cannot make it until later, your tickets are still yours.

NO Outside Food or Beverage

There are no outside food or beverages allowed at TD Bank Ballpark. However, we do allow one fully sealed plastic water bottle per person with the label ripped off. For a full listing of all of our food and beverage options and ingredients, CLICK HERE!

NO Tailgating

There is no tailgating allowed on TD Bank Ballpark property or any parking lot within the property.

NO Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any part of TD Bank Ballpark. Those who wish to smoke may get a ticket stub at any gate and can smoke outside the ballpark in the designated areas.

Alcohol Management

In compliance with New Jersey State law, anyone under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol. A valid identification is required to purchase alcohol. Violators of the law will be removed from TD Bank Ballpark and alerted to the appropriate authorities.

Animals

With the exception of trained Service Dogs, no pets are allowed to be brought into the ballpark, unless specifically notated for certain games or events. Announcements

Scoreboard messages can be done at the Customer Service Desk, inside the ballpark, on the day of the game that you will be attending. All scoreboard messages will be a $10 Donation to Somerset Patriots Children’s Educational & Sportsmanship Foundation, a 501C3 Charity that assists many local area nonprofits with providing tickets for underprivileged kids, assisting in research grants for childhood illnesses and many other great causes in our area. Cash ONLY will be accepted at Customer Service. Messages must be received at Customer Service NO Later than the end of the 3rd Inning of the game. ATM Machine

A TD Bank ATM machine is located on the main concourse near the Patriots Gift Shop.

Automobile Assistance

Fans who encounter car troubles while visiting TD Bank Ballpark may receive assistance from Somerset Hills Towing. If your car won't star or you need some help, lift the hood of your car or contact a Patriots representative.

Bag Searches

The Somerset Patriots reserve the right to search bags entering the ballpark.

Banners

Fans are not permitted to permanently attach or hang banners or fliers anywhere in the ballpark.

Barrier Free Seating and Parking

The Patriots have barrier free spaces on both the upper and lower seating areas, each with a seat for a companion. A ramp is located near the picnic area to take fans to the Field Box level. TD Bank Ballpark has reserved parking spaces in the Red and White parking lots. Proper identification is required to use these spaces.

Cameras and Video Equipment

Cameras and video equipment are permitted. Video cameras may not be used to reproduce the game. Photographers may not interfere with other guests to obtain pictures.

Concessions

TD Bank Ballpark's concessions are located all along the concourse, with main concession areas located behind first and third base and satellite concessions located throughout the concourse.

Ejections

The Patriots reserve the right to eject any person whose behavior is considered unruly or found illegal. Game tickets will be collected without refund and the individual will be escorted from the ballpark. Ejected guests trying to re-enter the ballpark will be arrested for trespassing.

First Aid

First Aid is located on the concourse down the third base line. The First Aid Station is staffed by certified personnel from Somerset County squads.

Foul Balls

Fans may keep any foul ball that is hit or thrown into the stands. However, any ball or bat thrown can be potentially dangerous Please Stay Alert At All Times.

Gates Open

On game days, TD Bank Ballpark will open all gates to the public one-hour before game time.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items can be taken to and retrieved from Customer Service, located behind the Press Box.

Lost Children and Parents

Children and parents who have become separated should be escorted to Customer Service. A public address announcement will be made and the Patriots staff will assist in anyway possible.

Paging

The public address system at TD Bank Ballpark can be used for paging in extreme cases only. In this event, please contact a Patriots representative at Customer Service.

Parking

TD Bank Ballpark provides approximately 2,000 individual parking spaces. Parking for all events is $5.00 for cars and $10.00 for buses, RV's, and other oversized vehicles. Parking is prohibited in the Bridgewater Promenade lot. Violators will be towed at the owner's expense.

Public Transportation

NJ Transit train schedules for the Raritan Valley Line are available at Customer Service, located behind the Press Box.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located on the main concourse behind Sections 203 and 204, as well as the suite level. In addition, two family bathrooms are located on the main concourse. All of the restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

Rideshare/ Taxi Drop off and Pick Up

Please direct all Rideshare/taxi services to the White Lot for drop-off AND pick-up (Steve Kalafer Way, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Parking attendants will let your ride in for drop-off once you identify with a Rideshare service. Our pickup area is located on the sidewalk leading up to the Bridgewater Train Station platform within the White Lot. There is signage posted marking the designated pickup and drop off area.

Security

In the event of a security problem, please notify a uniformed police officer, a Patriots representative, or report to Customer Service.

Suite Etiquette

• Children may not be unaccompanied on the balcony of your suite.
• Children are not permitted to have food in the front row of any suite.
• Please do not lean over railings.
• Please do not throw anything over the railing onto the crowd below.

How can I speak or chat with a live agent, and Regular Business Hours

If our virtual assistant or FAQ’s below can’t assist you, please feel free to call or text us at 908-252-0700 and one of our Patriots Representatives will be happy to assist you! We are generally able to respond to most texts fairly quickly, even during non business hours. However if you text us really late or really early, it may take us a little time to respond. Normal business hours are Monday – Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Friday from 9am to 3pm on non game days. On game days, we are open from 9am until the end of games to assist you.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, but you can exchange your tickets for specific unused ticket dates found HERE. Season Ticket Holders can exchange their tickets for any game this season.

What is the minimum age that requires a ticket for entry into the ballpark?

Children three (3) and under do not need tickets unless they require their own seat. Everyone four (4) and up needs a ticket.

Are strollers allowed?

They are allowed, but they are not recommended to be brought in since there is no storage space for them.

Are umbrellas allowed?

Yes, as long as they don’t obstruct the view of other guests.

What is general admission?

When TD Bank Ballpark is sold out of reserved seating, we will sometimes open up a select amount of General Admission Tickets. General Admission is a ticket that allows entry into the ballpark. After the 2nd inning, you are allowed to sit in any empty seats. However, if someone comes with a ticket for those seats, you just have to move to other empty seats. We always have plenty of empty seats due to season ticket holders and groups not always showing up to every game. Our ushers can also help you find empty seats to sit in. We also ask you to keep in mind that there is no time limit for ticket holders to show up on sold out evenings, they may arrive at any time during the game.

What time do the gates open?

The gates open one hour before the game starts. The 1st base gate opens one hour and thirty minutes before the game starts for Season Ticket Holders.

Do you have a lost and found?

Lost and found is located at Customer Service (behind the press box on the main concourse).

How can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online, over the phone at 908-252-0700, or at the ticket office in person.

Which seats have the best shade?

For the majority of the season, the sun sets behind the first base side of the ballpark. So, the first base side gets shaded first for evening games that start between 5pm and 7pm. For day games that start between 11am and 1pm, the entire ballpark seating area will be in the sun.

Is there a private area for nursing moms to breast feed or pump?

Yes! Please visit our First Aid Office located in the Ticket Office Lobby and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you to get you to our nursing mom’s room.

Do you offer a military/veteran discount on tickets?

Yes! We offer a $2 discount on any ticket for all active duty military or veterans for any game. Just present your military ID at the box office window or call the box office at 908-252-0700 and ask about our military/veterans discount. Thank you for your service!

When does the concession stands close?

While some concessions carts/stands close during the game based on how busy it is, there will always be at least one of the main concessions stands open until the game ends. Alcohol sales end at the end of the 7th inning.

How does handicap seating work?

The last row of seats (on the main concourse level) in designated sections is set aside for handicap seating. We have ballpark seats or empty spaces large enough for a wheelchair (or folding chair). Handicap seats can only be purchased over the phone or in person at the ticket office.

What does the netting cover?

The netting goes all the way round the field and covers all sections in the regular seating bowl.

Does TD Bank Ballpark accept cash and/or credit cards?

We accept either cash or credit cards, however credit cards are strongly preferred.

Are there gluten-free options sold at concession stands?

Yes, there are gluten-free options.

Is TD Bank Ballpark also a bank?

No, we are not a bank.

Are there places to change a baby?

Yes, there are baby changing stations in all bathrooms.

Are there escalators or elevators located in the ballpark?

There is an elevator located inside the ballpark on the main concourse near the main gate/ticket office.
