Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating is located throughout Fifth Third Field and offers unobstructed views. This can be purchased by calling the box office at 419-725-4367.

Accessibility

Fifth Third Field takes pride in being ADA Accessible for all types of needs. If you have questions or do not see something listed that you need assistance with, please feel free to call us at 419-725-4385.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices are available to be checked out at Guest Services which is located on the Main Concourse near Section 109. A valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID, if available, will be required for use as a deposit while using the device. If unavailable, some form of collateral will be requested.

Dietary Restrictions

If you are attending Fifth Third Field and have a special diet that we cannot provide for, we will allow entry with food in reasonable amounts.

Drinking Fountains

ADA Accessible Water Fountains are located throughout the ballpark on all levels.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Areas

Fans that need pick-up or drop-off help are encouraged to do so at Huron Street located right outside of the Home Plate Entrance Gates.

Elevators

There are elevators available for those who cannot use the stairs. There is one (1) elevator in the 406 Washington lobby, one (1) in the Swamp Shop/St. Clair Street lobby, and one (1) located behind Home Plate near Section 111.

Family / ADA Restrooms

For our fans’ convenience there are two family restrooms located on both the Main Concourse (main floor Sections 109 and 112) and Club Level (Second Floor Section 215). All of Fifth Third Field’s bathrooms have ADA Accessibility as well.

First Aid

ProMedica First Aid is located on the Main Concourse near Section 109.

Guest Services

Please feel free to stop by Guest Services with any special requests or questions regarding ADA Accessibility. A three (3) day advance notice is requested for ADA accommodations and services. The vendor and Fifth Third Field will make a good faith effort to provide ADA accommodations and services with less than three (3) days’ notice, including the requests made the day of the event.

Line of Sight

Group seating with line of sight Sign Language Interpreters can be coordinated by contacting the ADA Coordinator at 419-725-4385 at least three (3) business days prior to the game based on availability. A three (3) day advance notice is recommended for most requests but the Mud Hens will make a good faith effort to provide interpreters with less than three (3) days notice, including the requests made the day of the event. The good faith effort will include but is not be limited to contacting all local vendors available.

Parking

Over 6,600 parking spaces are available within four city blocks of Fifth Third Field. The Downtown Parking Authority owned lots or garages offer clean, well-lit, secure and staffed parking spaces starting at $3 each. Each lot or garage is outfitted with ADA accessible parking spaces. For more information on parking please contact ParkSmart at 419-242-7515, visit their offices at 227 North St. Clair Street weekdays from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. or online at www.parksmart.org.

Ramps

All entry points with steps also have ramps that conform to ADA Standards.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome at Fifth Third Field. If you need pet relief assistance with re-entry for these animals, please visit Guest Services on the Main Concourse near Section 109.

Sign Language Interpreters

The Mud Hens will provide qualified Sign Language Interpreters upon request by calling the ADA Coordinator at 419-725-4385. A three (3) day advance notice is recommended for most requests but the Mud Hens will make a good faith effort to provide interpreters with less than three (3) days notice, including the requests made the day of the event. The good faith effort will include but is not be limited to contacting all local vendors available.

TTY is available when calling the Box Office and Guest Services. Video Relay Service is available where compatible.
