The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. If you are attending Fifth Third Field and have a special diet that we cannot provide for, we will allow entry with food in reasonable amounts.
ADA Accessible Water Fountains are located throughout the ballpark on all levels.
Fans that need pick-up or drop-off help are encouraged to do so at Huron Street located right outside of the Home Plate Entrance Gates
There are elevators available for those who cannot use the stairs, they are located throughout Fifth Third Field and Hensville.
For our fans' convenience there are two Family restrooms located on both the Main Concourse and Club Level. All of Fifth Third Field's bathrooms have ADA Accessibility as well.
ProMedica First Aid is located on the Main Concourse near Section 109.

Over 6,600 parking spaces are available within four city blocks of Fifth Third Field. The Downtown Parking Authority owned lots or garages offer clean, well-lit, secure and staffed parking spaces starting at $3 each. Each lot or garage is outfitted with Handi-Cap parking spaces. All entry points with steps also have ramps that conform to ADA Standards.
Service Animals are always welcome at Fifth Third Field. If you need pet relief assistance with re-entry for these animals please visit Guest Services on the Main Concourse near Section 109.
Fifth Third Field will provide Interpreting Services at no cost. Fans seeking interpreters should make a request by calling the ADA Coordinator at 419-725-4385. A three (3) day advance notice is recommended, but Fifth Third Field will make a good faith effort to provide interpreters with less than three (3) days notice, including the requests made the day of the event. The good faith effort will include, but is not limited to, contacting all local vendors available.
Wheelchair Seating is located throughout Fifth Third Field and offers unobstructed views. This can be purchased by calling the Box Office at 419-725-4367.
