Andy Dunn- President & Partner
Andy Dunn has been with the Vancouver Canadians since 2008, helping guide Canada's only affiliated Minor League Baseball franchise to a number of national accolades including the coveted John H. Johnson President's Trophy (2013) presented to the most complete franchise in MiLB - marking the first time in the award's 40-year history that a Canadian-based organization received the honour.
Known by many in the baseball world, Andy has twice been named Florida State League Executive of the Year (1999, 2000) and Northwest League Executive of the Year (2008) and has helped the Canadians reach new heights with ten Northwest League awards during his tenure in Vancouver including multiple John H. Johnson & Larry MacPhail Awards.
In addition to his many duties here in Vancouver, Andy is also President of the Lancaster JetHawks of the California League.
Allan Bailey - General Manager
Allan Bailey has been with the Vancouver Canadians since 2007 and was appointed General Manager on September 5th, 2018 after spending the previous seven seasons as the organization's Assistant General Manager.
Allan has led several departments during his tenure with the C's including the Nat Bailey Stadium Box Office and its ticket operations as well as his more recent efforts in Team Operations handling everything from player housing and travel right through to Information Technology (IT).
Born in Victoria, B.C., and raised on the Lower Mainland's Sunshine Coast, Allan completed his education at McGill University while playing five seasons with the McGill Redbirds baseball program. Prior to university, Allan played for the North Shore Twins of the B.C. Premier League.
Graham Wall - Vice-President, Sales & Marketing
A lifetime love of baseball has seen Graham around Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium since his childhood. Now as Vice-President, Sales & Marketing with the Vancouver Canadians, Graham remains committed to ensuring baseball flourishes here in his hometown.
With an executive sports background that includes time with Orca Bay Sports & Entertainment as well as TEAM1040 Sports Radio, Graham works tirelessly along with his colleagues to provide fans with affordable ticket packages and experiences that will bring friends, family, and business partners together out at Scotiabank Field.
In addition to Graham's efforts between business hours, he also volunteers his spare time to coach many of the youth who head out each summer to Scotiabank Field as part of the Vancouver Canadians Baseball League which brings upward of 300 local children out to the ballpark to learn the game of baseball thanks to the generosity of our fans.
Brenda Chmiliar - Financial Controller
Brenda is entering her 12th season out at Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium but her second as Financial Controller for the Vancouver Canadians. She spent the first 10 years with Aramark Food Services in the company's financial division, dividing her time between Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium and Rogers Arena.
Brenda is responsible for all aspects of the Vancouver Canadians financial operations. She is right at home here at Scotiabank Field as much of her childhood was spent playing baseball on the local fields up in Kamloops.
Rob Fai - Director, Communications & Broadcaster
Recipient of the Paul Carson Award as Best Play-by-Play Broadcaster in British Columbia, Rob Fai returns for his 13th consecutive season as voice of Canadians Baseball. Rob will once again call all 76 C's games, both home and away on Sportsnet 650 AM as well as a select package of nationally televised games on Sportsnet Pacific. He also hosts Vancouver Canadians Game Day on Sportsnet 650, a baseball-centric radio show now entering its 11th season.
Rob also handles many of the Canadians communications platforms including our team website, press announcements, and video board operations. He also spearheads the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Foundation and the annual Hot Stove Luncheon.
Inducted into the Vancouver Canadians Broadcast & Journalism Hall of Fame (2015), Rob was also presented with the British Columbia Baseball Meritorious Award becoming just the second recipient ever from B.C. to receive the lifetime honour. Rob is also on the verge of becoming one of the longest serving voices in EA Sports history having given his sounds to EA's NHL video game dating back to NHL '11.
Sales & Marketing Services
Mike Richardson - Director, Sales & Game Day Operations
A graduate of the University of Guelph with a B.A. in Commerce, Mike has quickly become one of the Vancouver Canadians premier sales contacts for many of our marketing services. In addition to his efforts on the sales side of our business, Mike also handles our in-season Game Day presentation ensuring all pre-game and in-game elements are executed at the highest level.
Mike also works with the executive on many of the promotional items that we proudly present to our fanbase each summer. From booking and handling all facets of our annual Superstar Series to ensuring all sponsored giveaways are presented as promised, Mike has developed an extensive contact base benefitting our organization.
Now entering his 7th season with the Vancouver Canadians, Mike continues to study martial arts and is an avid hockey player and curler during the off-season.
Stephani Ellis - Manager - Group Sales & Social Media
Returning for her fourth season with the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club, Stephani handles a wide variety of key organizational elements including Group Sales as well as the C's social media platforms where she has helped the Canadians to become the most followed and 'liked' franchise in all of Class-A Minor League Baseball.
After a standout collegiate softball career at California University of PA where Stephani played for the Vulcans, the Prince of Wales Secondary graduate and former Team BC member began her marketing career with the Canadians.
Stephani works in concert with group leaders who expect the Canadians to provide an excellent ballpark experience with each visit out at Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium. Even with the demands that come with that responsibility alone, Stephani still lends her time to the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Foundation and its fundraising efforts.
Chelsea Jenner - Coordinator, Sales & Marketing Services
Chelsea is excited to be starting her first year with the Vancouver Canadians as Coordinator of Sales and Marketing Services. Chelsea graduated in 2017 from San Jose State University with a Degree in Communication Studies and Business Minor Cum Laude. At San Jose State, she was a NCAA student-athlete who played division one softball for the University.
In her last year at San Jose State, Chelsea helped the team win a Mountain West Conference Championship which allowed the team to compete in the NCAA division one Regionals tournament at UCLA. This was an outstanding accomplishment for the softball team at San Jose State. Chelsea also spent multiple years competing on Team Canada's softball team during the summer breaks in High School and University.
This passion for sports and business inspired her to apply for the sales internship with the Vancouver Canadians. After an amazing summer in 2018, she is excited to receive a full-time position with the organization.
Jordan Skavinsky - Coordinator, Sales & Game Operations
Rachel Jawandha - Sales & Game Day Experience
After having spent all her summers since 2014 at Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium working as a Premium In-Seat Server for Aramark Food Services, Rachel is excited to enter her sixth season at the ballpark, and her first season within the acclaimed Vancouver Canadians Sales Internship Program.
While growing up here in Vancouver, B.C., Rachel spent most of her after-school hours and weekends playing sports like soccer, ice hockey, and baseball at Riley Park. In December 2018, she graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management. Rachel is looking forward to seeing some familiar faces at the ballpark this season and to continue to represent the Canadians' organization.

Reilly Simmonds - Manager, Ticket Operations
Reilly has been a part of the Vancouver Canadians family for the past seven seasons, working within the Nat Bailey Stadium Box Office and more recently within the Sales & Marketing Department. He was promoted into the managerial role at the end of the 2017 season and has worked to elevate his department that included the implementation of a new ticketing system that was ready for the start of the 2018 season.
After attending Niagara Canada College and Brock University, Reilly has developed into one of the Canada's bright young minds spearheading a number of key Canadians initiatives including a focused commitment to improved customer service both in person and on-line and assists in a number of player & coaching staff communications. He also played amateur baseball here in British Columbia for a number of years prior to University.
Lori Stankiewicz - Manager, Community Relations
Lori heads into her 3rd season with the Vancouver Canadians fresh off a promotion into the role of Manager, Community Relations after spending the past two years within the Sales & Marketing Department and Sales Internship Program.
With a background in the non-profit sector working for both United Way as well as the YMCA in both Toronto and Hawaii, Lori's transition into Community Relations was both timely and sensical.
In addition to her role helping numerous local charities and non-profit organizations, Lori will take on a leadership position within the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Foundation which includes the operation of a full-functioning baseball league for upward of 300 local children.
Ross Baron - Head Groundskeeper
Coming off his second consecutive Northwest League Sports Turf Manager of the Year Award, Ross returns to the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club for his third season and is ready to push the historic confines of Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium even further in 2019. The NWL honours had never been bestowed on the Vancouver Canadians prior to Ross' arrival in 2017.
Prior to his tenure with the Canadians, Ross worked with the Washington Nationals Internship Program that provided him with the many skills that he utilizes today. His year-round sod and field program is now studied by others within professional baseball as he further develops into one of the game's bright young lights within the industry.
Ross and his wife Ashley welcomed their first child in 2018 with the birth of their daughter Valentina.
John Stewart - Manager, Ballpark Operations & Clubhouse Attendant
One of the most trusted members of the Vancouver Canadians organization, John returns for his fourth season as 'Clubbie' for the players and coaching staff. His attention to detail and commitment to has craft has seen John summoned to Dunedin, Florida for Spring Training to help out with both current and future stars of the Toronto Blue Jays.
Born and raised in Brighton, Ontario, John attended Felician University (New Jersey), Graceland University (Iowa) and Loyalist College (Belleville, ON), before taking on a position with VANOC (2007-2010), MLSE (2010-12), and the Greenville Astros (Appalachian League) before accepting a position with the Ottawa Senators organization.
Now back in baseball, John also lays claim to the title of Ballpark Operations Manager which means if it has something to do with historic Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium, John is your first call.
