SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Whitecaps Season Ticket Plan Holders whose holdings are paid in full will automatically receive a credit on account for the full value of their 2020 season ticket payment, plus an additional credit on account equal to 20 percent of the cumulative total. This credit can be applied to your 2021 account renewal or for a 2020 non-baseball Whitecaps event. Credit can be applied directly to your season ticket account or in the form of a Whitecaps gift card. GROUPS AND HOSPITALITY
Group, suite, and hospitality area rentals who have paid in full or paid a deposit on their 2020 Whitecaps outing, will receive a full value credit on account for that payment, plus an additional credit in an amount equal to 20 percent of the value paid on their account. This credit can be applied to a future 2020 Whitecaps non-baseball event, or toward your 2021 group reservation. Credit can be applied directly to your account, or in the form of a Whitecaps gift card. In addition, you will automatically be entered to participate in our 2021 priority group booking, ahead of our annual group lottery, to ensure a game date of your choice. SINGLE-GAME TICKETS
Fans who purchased single-game tickets, including promotional night ticket packages, for any 2020 Whitecaps game(s) will automatically receive a credit on their account (or in the form of a Whitecaps gift card) for the full amount paid to be used toward a future 2021 Whitecaps game(s), or, can opt for a full refund of the amount paid. For any fans holding physical game tickets, please hold on to those tickets in order to exchange for a 2021 game.

For single game refund requests, please click HERE. If tickets were purchased in person and you would like a full refund, please mail your tickets to: Whitecaps Ticket Office, P.O. Box 428, Comstock Park, MI 48875. All refund requests must be submitted by July 31, 2020.

READING CLUB TICKETS

Students who participated and completed the Whitecaps Reading Club program will have the opportunity to redeem their vouchers for any 2021 April, May, or June game. Please hold on to your 2020 Reading Club vouchers for exchange to a 2021 game. Contact the Whitecaps Ticket Office at 616.784.4131 for any questions.
