Brides and Baseball Set for Sunday, July 31st at Frawley Stadium

Wilmington, DE- The Wilmington Blue Rocks, with the help of partner Savoir Faire, are excited to announce the return of "Brides & Baseball" to Frawley Stadium on Sunday, July 31, 2016! This year will mark the second annual Brides & Baseball event in which a bridal expo will take place on the concourse and be incorporated right into that evening's 5:05 p.m. game. We know bridal expos are not generally the groom's favorite activity & that's why the Blue Rocks and Savoir Faire created this event! From the bridal expo and the exchanging of vows to the 2nd annual couples challenge and a $1,000 Diamond Dig presented by Joseph Janvier Jewelers, Frawley Stadium will be the place to be for happy couples on Sunday, July 31, 2016.

The Rocks will turn Frawley Stadium into a bridal expo by placing venues all throughout the concourse during the game. Savoir Faire has organized many of the most successful Bridal Expos throughout Delaware and brings years of experience to the table…and now the baseball diamond. With over 15 different vendors to browse through, the Rocks and Savoir Faire will have all of your wedding plans covered. With some of the best local venders like Joseph Janvier Jewelers and photography salons like Foschi Photography in attendance, every bride (and groom) can fulfill all their wedding needs at Frawley Stadium during a Blue Rocks game! There really is no excuse for either the bride or groom to miss out on this once-a-year chance because now the bride-to-be can do all the planning and shopping for the wedding while the groom-to-be can catch some great minor league baseball. And if the bride-to-be needs a second opinion, the groom-to-be is right there for consultation-between innings, of course!

While the bridal expo will take place during the game, the Rocks are happy to announce that couples interested in getting married or renewing their vows will have the opportunity to do so prior to the game by an official minister.
