Dash to host Food Truck Festival on Saturday, April 13

Several popular food trucks and live music at BB&T Ballpark

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (March 14, 2019) - As part of the Winston-Salem Dash's Opening Weekend for their 10th anniversary season at BB&T Ballpark, the club will be hosting a Food Truck Festival prior to and during their 6 p.m. game on Saturday, April 13, against the Potomac Nationals.

Gates will open at 4 p.m. The participating trucks include The Heights Dominican, Taste Jamaica, Flite Time Wings, Pacific Rim, Camel City Grill and Kona Ice. Additional trucks will be added. Local band BC Bombers will perform on the left-field patio near the Foothills Brewpen from 4:00-5:45 p.m.

Lawn tickets purchased in advance are available for just $5. Prices will increase at the gate on the day of the event. A $25 VIP Ticket, which includes two drink vouchers, a Dash Mason Jar and 15-minute early access, is also available in advance of Saturday's game.

Additionally, the Dash's Chick-fil-A Special, which includes a ticket, along with a Dash hat and a Chick-fil-A sandwich voucher, will be available in advance for just $8 by calling (336) 714-6892 (the sandwich voucher is only redeemable at Chick-fil-A at Thruway Shopping Center on 391 Knollwood St., Winston-Salem, N.C. 27103).

"We feel like a combination of live music, food trucks and Dash baseball will make for a great night at the ballpark," said Dash Team President C.J. Johnson. "This will be one of the most popular games of the year, so fans should definitely take advantage of the reduced price advance tickets."
